   The atmosphere was nice and so was Jackie. The drinks were good and the fudge brownie was delicious; however I didn't care for my steak.

   We used Open Table, per usual, to secure seating & place reservation --my husband has special needs re: mobility. When we arrived there was NO seating except a low table you would have to crouch next to--and it didn't have room for 4 of us! The hapless waitress (I did feel for her!) Said they had no hostess and ALL TABLES had been given away. Terrible experience & won't return. :(

   Went to Tap & Vine for an early dinner; made a 3:30 PM reservation. There was ample seating as it was not crowded at that time. The overall meal was great; the food is excellent and plentiful. The service was not very good on this particular trip which is unusual. The server forgot to put in our appetizer request and brought out our entrees. When we inquired about our appetizer, he admitted to forgetting to put the order in and wanted to know if we still wanted it as our main dishes were on the table. Although this was not the best dinner experience we had, we have eaten there several times before and had great service and meals. My recommendation is for the servers to write down orders to ensure they are right and there should not be any issues.

   As we try to locate places to spend free time in the area, we are gravitating to combination beer/wine places given one of us prefers beer and the other prefers wine. The name for T&V says it all in that sense. Patio was comfortable notwithstanding the scorching heat and the available beer/wine selection and food was good.

   Went there for Queens Feast restaurant week. For $35 plus tax and tip, we got at best a $15 meal. Steak was grisly, appetizer was a smaller portion, and the dessert was a mini. Music was awesome.

    One week ago 3 of us dined here. At first we were excited and loved our server Jada. Then reality hit. You say you have reduced prices 25% I would hate to think what was charged before, but to us it appears you have also reduced to small portions of food which we received with those prices. We ordered calamari and there were literally 10 small rings not bodies for $15 nothing even close to the picture and left everyone with what on earth did we just pay for? The pineapple shrimp skewers were good, no issue with those. Friend ordered the chicken club sandwich and mashed garlic potatoes. The potatoes were chunky and dry. The sandwich was very presentable but toward the very end the chicken was pink/red and wasn’t noticeable until that time or we would have sent it back. (Note the table next to us sent their steak back as it was way undercooked.). The next order was the Bison Burger with sweet potato waffle fries. The burger was good but literally you could fit all the waffle fries in the palm of your hand. The amount is smaller than you can get in a kids meal elsewhere again not like pictured. My Cajun chicken pasta was good but I was able to finish it which never usually happens. Desserts were tasty no issues! On to drinks. My mojitos were very good and I then ordered a couple of smoked old fashioned’s and were good but I asked before ordering does it come out smoked and I guess they did it at the bar but it sat there for a bit and then when brought was just plain for $14 each. A friend ordered Miller Lite draft and saw that they advertise domestic drafts for $3.00 all day everyday yet for all of his he was charged $5.99 each. Although the staff was very nice and we wanted this to be good for future visits we can honestly say it was not worth it and don’t think we would return. I sent this message to them a week ago and no response at all from them indicating poor management and lack of concern to their customers.
