   Our experience eating at Tamarind for lunch was outstanding. The is a prix-fixe lunch menu, two tasting menus and an a la carte selection. We had the prix-fixe but you can't go wrong with any of them. The food, drink and service were outstanding. This has now become our favorite Indian restaurant in London and we will be returning.

   The Tamarind Mayfair is simply outstanding! The atmosphere is great and adding the outdoor patio area is fantastic! Food excels above other highly rated Indian restaurants. Service is exceptional as usual (even the bathrooms are of the highest standard and always clean). This is the place to go if you want an exceptional experience for a couple of for larger groups. And the Tamarind has been consistent in providing this excellence! Mike O

   Our first visit to Tamerind and we’re so happy we did. Food was superb, service good. Nothing not to like.

    Overall it was a nice experience. The food is very good. The starters are better than the mains. We had 3 curries for the main and the 3 sauces were very similar. The atmosphere is a bit corporate. I think it might come into it's own in the summer months when you can sit on the terrace as it's a lovely room. I think that there are better high end Indian restaurants in London.
