Our business model is unusual for the restaurant industry. We believe that if we invest in the best possible ingredients and people, and focus our resources on presentation and environment, our customers will recognize the difference and will be excited to return and share their experience with others. We believe that a cocktail should be the creative expression of its author, and that a good meal must be an artistic blend of flavor, aroma and color. A true dining experience should involve an awakening of all of the senses and we hope to bring this delight to our guests...again, and again, and again.

    We always go to this restaurant when we are in Palm Springs and it is consistently good food and good service. Highly recommend. We tend to go there and then walk to the village fest on Thursdays . It’s close!

    Great restaurant. Would definitely go back. The only reason for the 4 was that we felt rushed. Dinner for 4 people for $200 and we were done and out in less than 45 minutes. Great for turning tables but didn’t feel right.

    On a very busy night, when the restaurant was full, I want to compliment the hostess and our server Rosa for being helpful and gracious. They made sure we were seated and served as soon as possible. And the food was delicious. Thank you very much.

    i eat here every time i am in town and it is always amazing. The Cadillac margarita was lovely and the ahi salad was a nice treat!

    We had high hopes since the restaurant had a Michelin recommendation and many of the other reviewers said it was the best Mexican food they have had. Perhaps we are spoiled where we live in Southern California, but this was not exceptional- it was subpar. Their other restaurant The Front Porch is delicious.
