The staff was very sweet and accommodating. The food was not worth the price, mediocre. The story did not really have an interesting plot. The art work and animation is admirable but I wish the story was not so childish and without a meaning. The menu was adult only (even though we were accommodated for our child’s meal - very appropriated). It was me, my partner and my young daughter ONLY for a Friday night dinner

This was the worst dinner experience ever. I wanted to get up and leave so many times. I almost cancelled at the last minute because we were running late but didn’t want to forfeit $50 a person. I’m kicking myself in the butt for not doing that now. It was overpriced!! It reminded of the episode where Homer tricks people into going to Homerland. There wasn’t any interaction just a lame old school animation reflected on your table. The story line sucked. Please take my advice and do not book. Side note, tip was included so don’t fall into the trap of tipping twice. Staff was nice, felt like they had to be to make up for the experience, lol.

We paid 406 usd for two. You get three courses that are average at best and an animated story. Pros: 1. Excellent service The servers were very welcoming and knew the menu well. 2. Clean and crisp setup The crisp white table cloth and table setup was perfect. Cons: 1. Food is average you get tiny three courses for 406 usd that could be cooked better at home. Potential improvement: either have a more robust menu that actually tastes good or bring the prices down to what it’s actually worth ( 35 bux per head at best) 2. The wine pairings do not go well with the food. Potential improvement: provide a set of wines that the customer can choose or actually ensure the wine pairings go well. Can’t have half a glass of Brut for a dessert wine when the bottle costs 18 usd. 3. The biggest let down is the animated story/feature: a. The story is made for children b. It had no connection to what you’re eating. For example we were eating steak and the story was about a pasta monster chasing chefs Potential improvement: update the story to match the menu or update the menu to match the story. 4. It is isn’t exactly easy to find the restaurant. Potential improvement: clear signs to where the restaurant is when you walk into the door or have the front of the house available.

I've never left a review before for anything, but this experience was so bad - and so incredibly overpriced - that I see it as my civic duty to warn others. The food was terrible; inedible even. I would have forgiven the bad food had the animated show been fun or funny or engaging, but from the minute the table came to life, I kept thinking, "This is it?" The animation is rudimentary (there is nothing 3-D about it) and the story line (if you can call it a story line) is not engaging in any way. The cocktails and ambiance were lovely, but came at a hefty price. I had six people in my group. We had a total of eight cocktails. The bill for the drinks and "dinner theater" was $1,100, including tip. Save yourself and choose any other place in Boston and you are guaranteed to have a better meal and a better experience.

Food was good, service was Ok, they should have a hostess at the entrance - once at the W it was not easy to find the place. The animation is fun but absolutely childish, although there was no child there. Soundtrack a bit loud and repetitive - not a place to have conversations. Interesting experience but overpriced.

It was a fun 1x experience but I think for the value of the 3 course menu and watching small clips of animation on your table I would not want to pay that amount again. The 3 course menu was as good as dine-in Boston pre-fixed dinner menu at any local restaurant in the city. Overall I would be glad to pay for that amount of$60 per person menu but for $300 for 2 ppl I would have gone to a high end Steakhouse or Sushi restaurant.

The table animation is more geared towards kids, but the prices are way too expensive to have kids enjoy it. I really expected more from this experience. Take your $400 dinner for 2 somewhere else. This place is NOT worth it.
