   Our second time visiting. This time I took my parents for my dad’s 75th birthday. I knew the quality of the food was over the top and wanted them to experience Symmetry for this special occasion. I’m glad I did and Symmetry came through as expected.

   Our first visit to Symmetry will not be our last! We spent our 25th anniversary dinner in OKC at Symmetry, our first anniversary time not traveling and dining in NYC, Santa Fe or some destination restaurant abroad, so our expectations were low. We were blown away by the quality, taste, service and hospitality of the restaurant. The steaks (buffalo and filet) were divine and perfectly cooked. The bread (calorie worthy), salty butter and tapenade were decadent. Don’t miss the garlic mashed potatoes or mushrooms! We had no room for dessert🙁, but were able to enjoy a chilled glass of perfect limoncello. An anniversary card signed by the staff, along with a Polaroid photo were a nice touch! Well done Dave and Jason!

   Everyone was very inviting, and the atmosphere was excellent. The bartender's name is unknown, but he is very personable and knowledgeable of the history of the restaurant and where and how the food is prepared; he made great recommendations. My wife and I had the French onion soup (SUPERB) and ribeye steak, my steak as is, and hers with bone marrow butter. The steak is overpriced but, on the same note, pretty good. I recommend being aware not to over seasoned them, especially with salt, as it takes away from the natural flavor of the beef. Our friends had the Sea Bass and shrimp (they preferred to cut back on the spiciness and offer more delicate options). The sides are delicious, and I have no complaints. We were there to celebrate two birthdays, and after our dinner, the waitress kindly offered to take a photo with their Polaroid camera. Unfortunately, both pictures came out black. Although not a big deal, it did have a negative impact on the overall experience. The birthday girls highly appreciated and enjoyed the chocolate truffle decadence given as a gift from Symmetry. The overall experience is a 7 out of 10. We would definitely give it another chance, mainly because of the remarkable staff.

   Service was good, friendly, unassuming. Food was good, but not sure if it was out of my mind amazing like I’ve experienced other places.

   Can NEVER go wrong with Symmetru! These owners are guest focused and simply do not have the word “no” in their vocabulary! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for bringing such fine dining and excellent customer service to our community!

   Had a wonderful time last night dining for my friend’s birthday. The food was delicious, atmosphere was cozy, and the drinks were fantastic. Cheri was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be coming back.
