En el año 2015, Sylvestre Polanco abrió sus puertas en la antigua Casa Calderón, ubicada en Anatole France 74; calle con el nombre del autor de “El crimen de Sylvestre”, novela que nos serviría de inspiración para ponerle nombre a un restaurante de cortes argentinos cuya sinergia con la comida mexicana tradicional, se logra de manera única y especial. Polanco nos vio nacer, Santa Fe nos dio una cálida bienvenida y poco a poco vamos sumando nuevas sucursales de Sylvestre Asador cerca de ti.

Un poco caro en relación a otros restaurants similares. Muy buena atención y me gustó mucho que respetaron los tiempos de comida, sin apurarnos y sin sacar todo al segundo de terminar cuando todavía había personas comiendo

SERVICIO EXCELENTE! Debo felicitarlos por la increíble organización del lugar. Mi esposa llamó para avisar que llegaríamos tarde y enseguida nos cambiaron la hora de la reserva, llegamos y el restaurante estaba FULL ( el único lugar de Paseo Interlomas que está así de concurrido ) Aun asi, el servicio fue sobresaliente, la atención muy cordial, los alimentos llegaron rápido y comimos delicioso. Mis hijos la pasaron increíble en la ludoteca. Se nota por mucho la gran organización y capacitación que dan al personal, muy característico del Grupo. Muchas Felicidades y gracias !!!
