   I made reservations for me and some friends for my birthday and that was seamless. Was greeted by the owner upon arrival. Nice guy. The server was awesome! It was just a great vibe. I will definitely be back.

   We visited on a Friday after discovering Swigzz on social media, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The service was exceptional, and it was probably the best hookah experience I’ve had in the area—the hookah attendant frequently checked in on us. I ordered the Big Back after seeing it online, and the portion was so generous that I had to take some home. My friend indulged in the lamb chops and salmon sliders, and she enjoyed every bite. The food is fantastic, but the real highlight was the incredible atmosphere. We loved the Bob Marley drink tower. Everything was perfect, and with their weekly specials, we can't wait to return with more friends.

   For a large party a 2 hour limit is a joke, but we were going to try and make the best out of a timed situation. The waitresses were terrible and I encountered more than 1. We ordered drinks that took well over 20 minutes to get. It was not crowded and we had not ordered food yet. We even asked about the drinks to get a time frame and that didn't work. Since they were checking on us we asked a waitress if we could order some food. We ordered and that took almost 30 minutes for some fries. All I kept thinking was this is crazy and I don't even want to order dinner. We started calling our people and telling them to meet us somewhere else because we were expecting 8 more people to show up. We pa6for what little they gave us and left. I will say that the DJ was good. He had us dancing in our chairs. But that was the only good thing

   We walk in and have a seat then we get removed from our seats because we had a reservation and NO ONE was at the door. They moved us to a table next to the one we were sitting at. Our waiter come over and asked us what we would like. She finally asked us if we would like some water, while we look at the menu. We ordered the salmon sliders (which were DRY as heck) and two orders of salmon patties. Unfortunately my patties weren’t DONE at all very slimy. I sent that back and they came back with burnt smh. Security finally arrived after 3 ppl with weapons had already walked in and had a seat SMFH. I asked for more water and had no idea that we would be charged $3 for dollar tree water ( what a joke). I’m going to assume that the waiter ddnt know how to count money because she wasn’t understanding that it was all on one tab and yet went around the table collecting money without giving us our change back. Don’t take your tip without giving me the option on what I want to do. First and last for us.

   Overall the experience was good. The food options were limited, with not a large amount of options to choose from. The service could have been better, as it did start to get busy around the 8:45/9:00 hour on a Friday night. Would eat here again though! The dishes we selected had good flavor, drinks were strong, and hookah was good.

   The food was way too salty and/or spicy. We ordered the lemon pepper chicken wings, the salmon sliders (there were only 2) and fried pickles. The drinks were OK. We had to ask for extra pineapple juice because they were so strong. There was no WOW factor at all. We were disappointed.

   Made reservations Saturday night! When I arrived I was told that I couldn’t be seated do to No tables being available I didn’t even get a chance to experience anything besides hearing loud music walking in the host was unprofessional and very disrespectful then had the nerve to try to get us to get a lounge section for $304 dollars! And I only had 2 people in my reservation smh if the free tables aren’t available it should have not been an option online or somebody should have contacted or communicated! But we ended up going to lounge 7 up the street a lot of other people did ASWELL due to the lack of communication and bad customer service! Seen u guys on tik tok and social media and wanted to try it for the first time and never did won’t be doing business with u all! But I hope things get better and things change cuz that’s bad for business

    Booked a section for my birthday and arrived a few minutes late and waited an additional 20 minutes to be seated because the lady at the host stand misheard me regarding the type of seating we purchased and was very rude and nasty about the confusion. The time limit on the section was 3hrs and we were told that the time starts when you sit down which was (9:55pm). Once seated we waited over 45min for out food, hookah and drinks. 12:30 rolls around and the same lady (supposed manager) told us we had to leave (2nd rude approach) and that they had no where else for us to sit. I was told the section was sold but also noticing plenty other vacant sections in the club. So at this point it’s clear the lady was being nitpicky with me. To avoid further issues I got up to sit at the bar to finish my drinks and hookah that I had just received a few minutes ago. I would not recommend this place as far as celebrating because of my experience with the staff and how I was treated as if I didn’t spend $300+!
