Sweetwater Chophouse, Fired Stone Tavern & 4kd Crick Brewery are located on Eagle Rock Golf Club. Open to the public 7 days a week. This is the spot for celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, company parties or if you are just in the mood to come out to enjoy a mouth-watering meal and amazing signature drinks. The focus for Executive Chef Aaron Weible is to maintain a scratch kitchen. Preparing everything daily from sauces to breads. Utilizing local area farmers for fresh vegetables and using our on-site herb garden. We take great pride in providing each of our guests a WOWing experience.

Had a wonderful Sunday afternoon meal with friends and family. Staff kindly moved our reservation to an earlier time to accommodate our needs. Everyone had only high compliments on the quality and taste of the food. We appreciated being seated in a comfortable and quiet area so that we could visit during the wonderful meal. Thank you!

Sweetwater was really busy with holiday groups, yet their service timing was spot on, plus the new menu items were delicious ! We loved the Christmas decorations all over The Compound.

Whitney was an excellent server. The updated menu was noticed and the selections were very good. All meals were prepared to prefect ion. Very enjoyable evening to celebrate my son’s birthday. We really liked the new table lights.

Something a little extra in our area. The food is so good. Enjoyed the Monday night special of Crab legs. Our server Mandy J was excellent and professional. We always think, we need to come back more!

Our waiter told us that one of the ordered Caesar salad someone else took it and so one person from our party had to wait a few minutes for the salad. I ordered a salad bar and waited for plates. Finally got up and went and found plates in the salad bar. Two of the meals come right out after waiting quite a while. The scallops were luke warm. Then the third meal came out. Finally after they got a quarter away through their meal, my meal finally come out . I ordered the wagyu steak medium rare and it was medium. We also waited forever for refills. When the waitress brought our check, she laid it down on the plates that had been used. We still tipped the waitress, but we felt she was overwhelmed and the kitchen wasn’t keeping up. For the price of the meals, we felt the service was subpar.
