   5 of us enjoyed a visit to SLT. We ordered in advance the grazing boards and a childrens afternoon tea. The service was good, the food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. The grazing boards were big and we had boxes to bring some home to enjoy! We would highly recommend a visit. The cake counter had amazing cookies, macarons and more.

   Afternoon tea was perfect & tasted amazing. Service was excellent & really friendly staff. Well done for the ladies for coming up and down the stairs without showing us it was hard work… highly recommend 👌👏

   We booked sweet little things in Bath for afternoon tea as part of a hen party weekend. The venue itself it's absolutely stunning and we took loads of beautiful pictures both outside and inside during our time there. The afternoon tea was delicious and beautifully presented. I was also extra impressed with how they displayed the decorations I had dropped of the day before, taking care to make sure it all looked great for us and the bride to be. Would absolutely book again and recommend for any girly get together!

   Really nice afternoon tea, cute space and friendly staff! Great selection for vegetarian and gluten free options. If you have access requirements, check with the venue, as there are a lot of narrow stairs for toilets and tables (unless you seat outside!). Lovely 😍

   The service was fantastic; we were served promptly and the staff were very friendly. Our server made us feel welcome and explained what was on our tray for afternoon tea.

   I was excited as I was able to enjoy an afternoon tea with my dog in a new venue. I was sad at the end, to see were had a service charge on the bill for only 3 people. I asked for it to be removed. 1) I was not asked why or, how the service was. 2) The answer to why I didn't want to pay, a) for a small table I don't agree with sc, we already pre-booked and selected choices, prices should always factor venue costs/ staff b) there was no one doing check backs on my table asking if we wanted more of the standard drink offerings, I had to ask my partner to find staff to ask for more tea, where as all the other 3 tables around us, between two staff were asking if they wanted more. Only after we had been serviced the drinks we asked for that some then passed our table asking if we wanted any more. 3) Sadly feels like a venue being too comfortable knowing they are in a tourist / high volume of guaranteed visitors coming in, small attention is getting missed. The scones were amazing.

   Terrible service, was rudely spoken to upon arrival and felt extremely judged. Didn’t receive our drinks until after everyone else who had been seated long after us. Also had missing items from our afternoon tea, cakes were dry, scones were undercooked and cold. Also wasn’t asked if we had any allergies nor told what was even given to us so was a guessing game on what we were eating. Also no warning on the extremely steep and narrow flights of stairs expected to walk up and down with a toddler. Absolutely not worth the price, completely ruined my Mother’s Day would not recommend. I think the price is solely down to the decor but what they don’t show on the website is half of the decor is falling off the walls and dusty.

   Afternoon tea for a group of ten of us. The quality and amount of sandwiches and cakes are fabulous. Staff were very attentive. We had a great time and would definitely visit again. Thank you!

    It was a wonderful emir for te most perfect afternoon tea. There was so much food and everything was just delicious and so fresh. Great cake for money. It was quiet and peaceful which was exactly what we wanted. The service was excellent and we would highly recommend.
