   Good food with great service. The service time for lunch was extended as my guests were delayed. Excellent!

   Such a lovely setting but we felt a bit stuck in the corner out the way. I booked afternoon tea, with half sandwiches to have no butter or margarine. All arrived with a butter spread on. When I asked some others of my choice were brought. Smoked salmon arrived on white bread with out cream cheese or cucumber. Came to pay had to request deposit to be taken off. This should be automatic.

   The staff were helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We chose the three course menu for £14 and each course was excellent with large portions which we didn’t expect at that price. I would highly recommend dining here on a Monday evening. It was popular so booking in advance would be wise..

   Lovely mid week meal. Children played in the garden and we drank our drinks on the terrace before heading into the restaurant for a meal. Great staff and food

   Excellent lunch - all our requests were met and we were able to sit outside in the beautiful landscaped garden. Very impressive venue and good staff. Definitely we will be back for other business lunches.

   Have lived in Morda for nearly two years, and ventured here for the first time last Sunday, came back on Friday with friends visiting from London . Beautiful setting, great food and lovely friendly staff. Stunning! Can highly recommend the Sunday roasts. Feel very fortunate that we have this on our doorstep.

   We had a lovely meal for my birthday, we did their Three at the Sweeney deal which was great value. The food was good and the service was very efficient and friendly. Will definitely be going again this as the surroundings are idilic on a summer evening.

   Duck was overcooked. Flowers on table were badly in need of refreshment. The cheesecake was delicious (topped with rhubarb crumble). The fish pie and various vegan dishes were very good.
