    My wife and I were entertaining two of our teenage grandsons to afternoon tea as a holiday treat. We wanted them to appreciate the excellent quality of the Hansel & Gretal set tea - which we knew they would! - as well as enjoying the wonderful view of the river and the city-scape at nightfall. We, and our grandsons, were not disappointed. Excellent value for money and every bit the special occasion we wanted it to be.

    Ambience and location was great. Waiter (from Kerala, India) was outstanding. Very attentive and helpful. Afternoon tea was fantastic -they had a set menu for people with nut allergies.

    Excellent evening thank you to The Swan. We were in the Bull room so we could enjoy the atmosphere without the noise-except our own! Wonderfully sleek service & lovely food.
