   My fiancée and I planned an anniversary dinner at SURV. Upon arriving (with a reservation) I requested a booth which the male host said they were taken while 3 were open and the restaurant was quiet. The male host then says I have to put you in the “common” area and puts us in a table right in front of the kitchen where the door was going open and close constantly. The host was rude and didn’t compromise but then a very nice waiter took our concern and moved us which was greatly appreciated. Food was good but not over the top great. I enjoyed their drinks more. Ambiance was very nice and my waiter was awesome!

   There were 7 of us for a birthday dinner. The ambience is great and the service was wonderful. The food, however, is so so. Nothing great. Two people had the scallops and it was all served swimming in an oily liquid. One person had a shrimp pizza that was supposed to be spicy and was not at all. All the food was just warm. Nothing was hot. The mocktail menu was nice. Not sure I would come back when there is much better food in the area.

   The experience was fantastic and the service was awesome. They provided us complementary appetizers and seem to really appreciate our business. I look forward to going back.

   Alex one of the Managers was very attentative and Chris, our waiter was excellent. Excellent Food choices and food quality.

   Excellent service excellent food overall great experience. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Everybody in the restaurant was friendly attentive. I couldn’t ask for a better place to eat.

   We were there for an evening out and were pleased with the food and service. We had the 4th anniversary 4 course special. It was excellent. Our server Peggy took great care of us.

   Ate at Surv last night for the 4th year Anniversary dinner. We should have left after sitting for 15 minutes without anyone coming over despite lots of people running around. We had read about how good the anniversary dinner was so decided to stay. If I could give no stars for service I would. It was the worst service I have ever had! Again, despite lots of people running around (not quite sure what everyone was doing). The food was really delicious; small portions though! Glad we ordered the pizza special. The wait was so long between courses we were more than ready for our next course. We had a 6:30 reservation and didn’t leave there until close to 9:00pm. I asked the waitress if this was typical and she said no. Also, the waitress forgot to put our pizza order in so told us she would put it in late and take it off the bill. When the bill came and I said the pizza was on there she just said yes and acted like she didn’t say she was going to take it off. We were hungry and needed the pizza so I wasnt going to make a fuss about it; also it was delicious. We got the margarita one. Unfortunately, dispute the good food I won’t be going back there anytime soon.

   I very much appreciated that I received my requested seating preference. I am thankful to have such a quality restaurant so close to home.  I am comfortable bringing family and friends to this restaurant knowing the food will be delicious and the atmosphere comfortable for either casual or fine dining.

   Please request Jen as your server, she was on point with each course, food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was relaxing. The entire staff is very friendly.
