    We enjoy Sullivans approximately 5-6 times a year. Consistently a wonderful experience. Last night not so much. Filet was slightly overcooked but I realize it can take but 30 seconds to go from medium to medium well. After the second bite realized it was dry. No problem they quickly prepared another which was definitely medium. Hot mostly pink center. Issue was it too was dry. My assessment was quality of the meat. I didn’t say anything about the second filet as my wife was done with her excellent crab legs and it was time to depart. We will go back but I’d be remiss in not pointing this out. Nearly forgot we were given free dessert (cheesecake is excellent) to compensate for the first filet.

    Sullivan's is a great restaurant, with great food, and service, and you see they care about customer service, but when it's busy, or a holiday, their kitchen takes a dip in service/quality. Getting food an hour and 20 minutes after ordering is not ideal (busy or not). Not to mention it took 15 minutes to get the drinks we ordered. This last visit we had to return the calamari because the flavor was not great, and it was overcooked. The steak was not cooked well either (warm in some spots, but cold in others). Respectfully, if I'm paying $90 for a steak, I expect it to be perfect. When spending more than $200 on a meal for two, I expect the quality of everything to be better. I've been to Sullivan's several times, and I feel it's either very good, or just mediocre. They really need to speak with their kitchen staff IMO.

    We visited last night for our anniversary dinner, and from the moment we walked through the door, we were met with genuine warmth and hospitality. As soon as we gave the hostess our reservation name, she immediately began wishing us a happy anniversary, setting the tone for a truly special evening. When we arrived at our table, it was more than I could have imagined—rose petals scattered across the table, a handwritten note wishing us a happy anniversary, and a private spot with a beautiful view overlooking the dining room and kitchen. It was absolutely perfect. Aundrey was our server, and he did an exceptional job. I never had to ask for a thing—he anticipated every need before I even realized it. His attentiveness made the entire experience feel seamless and effortless. The cost is more than justified by the outstanding service and thoughtful touches throughout the night. This has officially become our go-to spot for special occasions!

    The last two visits to Sullivans have been really disappointing. We had to wait an extremely long time for our food to be served on our first visit. The manager told the waiter to comp our drinks due to obvious delay which the waiter did not. It was a business dinner and waiter was not friendly which was unfortunate. Our last visit we found the waiter to be sarcastic when we asked a simple question about the house red wine. That made for a bad tone. We had to ask for the Sure Thing menu. The blackened salmon was hardly blackened and waiter insisted it was when we pointed it out to him. No offer to fix it just walked away. We’ve had blackened salmon many times. Disappointing treatment.

    Shaun took great care of us. Sullivan is one of the best places for celebrations. The food is mouthwatering plus the team is very approachable. Shaun even gave us a heads up regarding the complimentary dessert so that we could save space. Furthermore, they take your picture there and give you a hard copy as a memory, which is beyond expectations

    Had a fabulous meal on Easter. Cheesesteak egg rolls were delicious appetizer. Wife and I shared ribeye steak and crab cakes - both were excellent. Sides of garlic mashed potato and brusselsprouts. All delivered timely and hot. Service was consistent - we were in and out in 75 minutes - but never felt rushed. Also had great table/booth. Overall outstanding experience.

    Easter options were the regular menu which offered an incredible rib eye and delicious salmon. Asparagus and mushrooms, yum! And a perfect cheesecake. Even the coffee was exceptional!
