   Met grumpy hostess who said our reservation was behind 35 minutes. Said wait wherever. Our daughter has a boot on and difficult to stand. Nowhere to sit. I ordered the special Thanksgiving turkey dinner and it came with no gravy or cranberry. Just a few little things but important when paying high priced meals.

   The service was wonderful. Even with the longer than normal wait; the hostess’, bar tenders, and table servers were wonderful. We called ahead to be sure there was a vegetarian option for Thanksgiving dinner and was assured that there was. When the restaurant called to verify the reservation I asked again to be sure there would be a vegetarian option for the entree and was told the chef had a plan. When we were seated we were told there was no option but the chef would do something. We ended up being served a stir fried chopped salad as our entree, and were still charged the full pre fix menu price. The berries and cream dessert had to be sent back because the whip cream was made with salt instead of sugar. They also ran out of bread.

   Our reservation for Thanksgiving was at 4:30 We arrived on time and there were 10 tables ahead of us! We were finally seated at 6:00! The service was very slow,,,, The bisque was unpalatable with something like CAYENNE in it. We do not eat spicy food. The turkey arrived and was so salty we could not eat it! We brought it home ad will rinse it off before re-heating it... We have eaten at Sullivans many times and have enjoyed it. This was a nightmare. In addition to the poorly prepared food, the room was much to cold...probably about 60 degrees.

   Thanksgiving day dinner was excellent…some of us had the prix fixed menu and others chose from the regular menu…everything was wonderful…the seafood bisque was outstanding, the calamari was amazing, ceasar salad delicious, mac & cheese and more. The service people were great, smiling and happy, and the restaurant was full. I strongly recommend Sullivan’s for food, service and value. We can’t wait to come back.

   We have been to Sullivans several times and tried it for Thanksgiving. The food was good, value was great, server was wonderful BUT we had to wait 45 minutes to get seated for our reservation. That was not good. And, there were a LOT of people waiting. Why overbook reservations? I understand it's a busy holiday and there are no shows, but you should have a better idea of the flow. And, people were calling to see if they could come, and the lady at the front desk told them they could come and wait. With people with reservations already waiting? We'll come again but will come either for the first seating or towards the end. Our reservation was for 2:30 - we won't make that mistake again.

   Melody M was our server today for our Thanksgiving celebration at Sullivan’s. Wow! She was impressive. Our food was very delicious as well. Hands down the best Cheesecake I’ve ever had (except Mom’s)!

   Bailey was a wonderful server, professional and friendly. The food, excellent as always, beautiful presentation and delicious. The 3 course, "The Sure Thing" pris fixe is a great deal. This is how a restaurant for adults should be!

    Our steaks were slightly overcooked but the manager gave one of us a free drink on him which was very nice.
