First I’ll say I have been to the Sugar Factory in Chicago and this was a total opposite experience. We had a reservation for 6:30p but did not get sat about 7:15p. The host at the front seemed really overwhelmed and wasn’t very polite at all and in her words “can’t deal with these people attitudes” Once sat we waited another 10-15 minutes before we saw a server. The food was okay at best. They messed up one of our orders and took way too long fixing it by the time it came out the food that was made correctly was cold. the wait time was a lot longer than expected to have had a reservation. I usually try to give people the benefit of doubt. However, this experience was definitely far from great. Barely okay at best and that was only because on the rare occasion that we could find our server she was at least nice. If you’re planning a holiday outing there are definitely better restaurant options than this.

We were seated as a party of 4 and were 1 of 4 tables when the restaurant opened at 11am. We ordered a milk shake and a hot chocolate and 4 entrees when we had our order taken. The first entree came out, 20 minutes later, the shake came out, 10 minutes later, 2 other entrees came out, 5 minutes later the last entree came out and then 10 minutes after that the hot chocolate came out. For a place that charges $25+ for an entree and novelty drinks that cost at least $15+, to get them so separate is the most bizarre dining experience I have ever encountered. The floors were dirty and the place just opened. The napkins were the type of paper towels you get from bathrooms. Glassware and plates were cheap plastic and utensils were the most basic restaurant supply store level. We had to ask for knives after food came out and ask for napkins. There were 2 separate hairs in my wife’s food. Service was terrible, someone came to check up on us once. There is a 20% auto gratuity for all bills which I have no issue with if there is at least average level of service. This place is neglected and not well run. Parts of neon signs in the restaurant were burned out. My guess is this place does not make it another year, it is tarnishing the brand that I have experienced in Vegas. This isn’t even on the same planet as the Vegas location.

Made a reservation for 6:30. Checked in at 6:15. Got our table around 6:50/7ish. Food came out quickly. Asked for ketchup, never got it. Never got utensils. Thankfully our food was mostly finger foods. Had to wave someone down for water. It was our first visit and totally understand they were slammed. Overall, would we return for dinner...probably not but for dessert, yes.

Service was bad, I was served the wrong drink and meal. I didn’t complain because I knew it would be another hour before I would receive the correct order. Waited 20 minutes for silverware and food was cold when we ate. Very very overpriced. I definitely would not recommend unless you have a lot of money a lot of time and a lot of patience and it is your 13 year olds birthday.

Well this is my second time. The first time I waited 17 minutes and my order wasn’t taken….this visit…my $47 drink was insanely over priced. It froze solid with dry ice before i could finish. My $22 burger(Nashville smash)was extremely overpriced for what it was. The waiter was great and high energy and spot on with his service. I am a disabled vet with tinnitus, I couldn’t hear a thing people at my table were saying to me.

Based on previous reviews I was hesitant to go but this place. was on my bucket's list since last year and it didnt disappoint. We had an early reservation 5:30pm and we were promptly seated, our waitress Mariam was super attentive and gave us a couple of suggestions on the extensive menu. We had pastas, Christmas sliders, a couple of yummy cocktails and a Chocolate milkshake for my daughter. We all loved our drinks and food. Cons, by the time we were leaving the restaurant filled up quickly and they turned the music up. Also, they dont do the mini dancing show for birthdays anymore, which was disappointing but overall it was a good experience.

Just seemed like the gold is starting to wear off… so to speak. Ambience: the screens weren’t working, some of the neon word lights were not on, some of the roses in the rose wall were gone… just looked like it wasn’t worth the price tag. Also, no staff seemed like they wanted to be there. At all. No fun, no atmosphere. Mediocre food for the cost. Server didn’t even ask if we wanted drinks. We all just kept our waters lol.

It was filthy and the food was gross. Not at all worth the visit. I won’t be back. The location in Chicago is so much better and even NY Times Square is decent by comparison. Don’t bother.

Save yourself the headache and just go elsewhere. The amount you'll pay for food that is mediocre at best is disheartening to say the least. The side of mac and cheese my kid ate was essentially twenty pieces of melted American cheese singles mixed with a few noodles. Service was slow even though we were one of maybe five tables during our dining experience. The bathrooms are not kept up, disgusting, and stall doors/locks do not function properly. The kicker was when we tried to use a gift card (which was purchased from the restaurant, was valid, and was not expired) and were told THEY DO NOT ACCEPT GIFT CARDS. The manager was utterly useless just kept repeating "We do not accept gift cards". My 10 yr old has better managerial and people skills than this dolt.
