Sugar Factory has joined the collective of suburb brands at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, NJ!

Accessible from the boardwalk and inside of the casino, Sugar Factory’s 1,500-square-foot confectionary will feature the signature floor-to-ceiling candy wall with more than 500 types of candy including a selection of novelty and bulk candy like the world-famous Couture Pops. Completing the confectionary, the café will offer coffees, hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, homemade specialty rainbow doughnuts and pastries in addition to homemade gelato and ice cream.
Sugar Factory’s menu features signature items such as savory crepes, salads, monster burgers, insane milkshakes and specialty pizzas. The legendary desserts will top the menu with the famous King Kong Sundae, serving up to 12 people with 24 scoops of ice cream topped with sprinkles, gummy bears, caramel sauce, fudge sauce and giant swirly pops, to name a few.

    Ehhh. That’s how I’d describe our first experience and left disappointed and still hungry, so we stopped at a pizza spot in the hotel since options were limited after 11pm. Overall, the food is basically overpriced diner food. If you into the atmosphere and aesthetically pleasing drinks and desserts it’s nice photo opp for content LOL but that’s it.

    Food was outstanding and portion size was good. The rainbow sliders are good. Chicken and waffles good. Sliced chimichurri steak a bit spicy. Skillet ice cream is delish. Go!!!!

    The waitress was great and even though our flight was not brought out she expressed apologies to us for the kitchen not bringing out our food. The waitress was great on every level and made us feel great while eating.

    Extremely loud (which was fine for us), food isn’t great at all. I imagine people just come here fit the crazy drinks and desserts. Very expensive.

    We were sat at a table that had 1 chair and the hostess brought over another chair and we were completely in the way of anyone. No one came over for a drink order so we went and sat at the bar and got very good service and had a great experience.
