   Everything was fantastic, creative and overall amazing. My only note for the team is that for the first half of dinner the food would arrive before the wine and for me this is a big pep peeve. Other than that, perfection!

   The problem was service. The servers graciously agreed to let us order a la carte instead of the full tasting menu. Unfortunately, my main course and side course were served very shortly after the salads, which we were still eating. Two of the other entrees were served about 20 minutes later, and the last person’s entree was forgotten until we asked twice about it. It was finally served 20 minutes after everyone else had been served. Chaotic and unpleasant.

   A standout Michelin experience—creative, flavorful, and welcoming Stubborn Seed delivers an exceptional dining experience that blends innovation with approachability. Each dish was thoughtfully crafted and packed with bold, surprising flavors—elevated yet grounded. The wine pairings were spot-on, enhancing the journey without overpowering it. The vibe is understated and relaxed, letting the food shine without pretense. Of all the Michelin-starred restaurants I’ve visited in the U.S., this one stands out for its balance of creativity, warmth, and value. Truly a great bang for your buck. Special shoutout to Steven, who was holding down the bar solo after a torrential downpour and flooding—his care, attentiveness, and professionalism made the experience even more memorable. Thumbs up all around. I’ll be back.

   Very good food on a true one star Michelin level and at a fair price. The menu offers a wide array of different tastes and is quite light and manageable. The restaurant itself is ok, we were as Europeans a bit cold. We shall come back (and bring an additional jacket).

   The tasting menu was an awesome journey through flavor and texture profiles, assembled with great attention to detail and presented beautifully. The food and service were exceptional. We felt that the music was too loud - we had trouble hearing the descriptions of the courses, which was a shame.

   This is our second time at Stubborn Seed and it was just as amazing as the first time. The service, food, wine pairing, and cocktails are all a 10/10. We decided to upgrade the menu and it was well worth it. Every wine compliments the corresponding courses and it is all just incredibly executed.

    Came here for a birthday celebration & everything was amazing. The tasting menu was really flavorful & beautiful dishes were presented. Service was top knotch. Only 2 of the courses we didn't love but the rest was great & still worth the price. Best drink was kill dill. We would def come again when menu changes.
