   Due to reviews, I almost canceled the reservation, but I'm glad I went. Both my friend and I had a wonderful dining experience. Alexis at the bar was fantastic and made phenomenal drinks. Our server, Andrew, and his support staff were kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and seemed to enjoy their jobs. The elevated tasting menu was beautifully presented and scrumptious. At those prices I can't go often but I definitely want to go again.

   Jeremy Ford’s Stubborn Seed Las Vegas is a masterclass in refined indulgence. The Winter Menu is a symphony of flavors—each dish a testament to meticulous craftsmanship! The Kaluga Caviar Macaron and Wagyu Beef Tartare Cannelloni set the stage for the ethereal Winter Truffle Ricotta Gnudi and the impeccably executed Westholme Australian Wagyu Striploin. Each course sings with balance and innovation. The ambiance is stunning, and Doug’s service was impeccable—knowledgeable, warm, and effortlessly elevated my experience.    Amazing experience. The staff was almost perfect, they've only been open 2 weeks. The food was extraordinary. The made arragements for my wife's allergies on the fly. A MUST GO TO WHOLE IN VEGAS!!!!!!

   I was really looking forward to eating here based on the hype. My friend and I opted to do a-la-carte dining as we are not huge eaters. We were assuming that the food would still be inventive and exciting. It was well cooked and nicely presented, but honestly, it was just very basic. Nothing creative or outstanding in anyway. It kind of felt like a convention center (rubber chicken) kind of a meal. One that was put out for a mass dining experience. I was very disappointed. When in Vegas, you expect MUCH more from a meal. The saving grace was that the food was priced moderately, and our server was fantastic. The cocktails were inventive and we enjoyed our wine by the glass selection. Honestly, we won't go back, and we won't recommend it either. It was just very basic.

   We enjoyed the Chef’s Tasting Experience! The Winter menu was a complex and joyous adventure! Aneesha was our server; she and all the staff we encountered were knowledgeable and attentive. Highly recommend⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Bar menu was very limited. The appetizers were not good. The cheese puffs were dry and tasteless , the olives were ok but too much as were the potatoes. A bowl of potatoes for an appetizer. I don’t get it, that’s a side dish. The Carsars salad was drenched in dressing & it had to many components. However the Barramundi was delicious.
