   I ordered a kids Cajun chicken Fettucine. It tasted like a bunch of hot sauce was dumped in the pasta and mixed up & called it cajun.

   Met a friend for lunch that I hadn’t seen in months and we had nice conversation catching up, made even nicer by the great food and great service provided by Strizzi’s excellent staff. Look forward to my next visit.

   Greeted with the manager/servicer/handling way too much. Food warm. Told him we wanted a to go order, but clear when he brought the bill that he hadn’t even put in the order. Didn’t even bother to clear off dirty dishes when special dessert brought. Very disappointed overall. Had looked for a special lunch.

   As always an excellent meal. generous portions. it was Tip a Cop night sponsoring Dublin CHP and would have been nice to have more customers but no guarantees of that.

   Our party was split on the experience this time, after a solid first experience previously. My wife loved her scallops. I was unimpressed with the rigatoni bolognese (not much actual bolognese). Server was attentive, but not super friendly. Menu was adequate, but not diverse enough for more stars. Lasagna here is worth it though. Overall, while there are better options for Italian food in Pleasanton, Strizzi's is good value at this price point.

   Strizzi’s always has the best food & service! Unfortunately the price of pasta is getting very high. $29 for a bowl of excellent pasta is good but still costly.

    We had a 7:30pm reservation. The restaurant was empty. The waitress took our order, but had to bring another Diet Coke as it was flat. We never saw her again. We had over a 1 hour wait for our meals - all of the tables that came after us were served. We were told by the manager that the ticket system had not printed our order for the kitchen. The waitress never came back to our table ever again. There were 5 of us and the manager offered to comp one dessert for the whole table. We asked for it to go as we were on a road trip and it was already almost 9pm. After 20 more minutes of waiting we went to the kitchen to ask about the dessert - they had not even started on it. Overall a very disappointing evening.
