    We have dined at Strip Steak many times. The fries (appetizer) are excellent. The Ribeye Cap was disappointing. This is the second time in a row that the steak was not good quality. The mashed potatoes and mac and cheese were very good. The service was very good. We plan to go to Strip Steak each time we are in LV. We may not be back.

    Everything about this meal was over-the-top delicious! From the Wagyu cap with perfect side dishes to the dessert we were far too full to want, we practically licked each plate clean. Excellent!

    One of the finest steak restaurants. The Brussels sprouts and pork belly are out of this world. The cowboy ribeye was cooked perfectly. Dessert with a tawny port was the perfect finishing touch. A true great steak place in the middle of many wannabes. Make this a must stop next time in Vegas! Mina’s team at Strip were amazing with their knowledge. A true dining experience.

    The service and ambiance were satisfactory. We ordered the steak and salmon. The steak was slightly undercooked, and the salmon was overly salty.

    Overall, over priced. I have had better filets at half the price. Not tender and cooked poorly. At least brussel sprouts were tasty. Sorry to have spent so much for a mediocre meal.

    We usually visit Las Vegas once a year, around Christmas, and always spend one night dining at StripSteak. The service, food and drinks are always outstanding, and we look forward to being there every year! It's expensive but worth every bite! Thank you, StripSteak for always giving us a wonderful experience!
