   My husband and I attended for supper as a celebration. The food and service were amazing however it was so loud with music we couldn’t talk. We did not appreciate the pumping music and were not expecting this

   During dinner, the music was SO LOUD!! WAY TOO LOUD!! We could hardly hear the other people talking sitting right next to us at the table. Otherwise a great restaurant -- just please turn down the volume!

   The food was decent but extortionately priced. The temperature of the restaurant was absolutely freezing cold and we asked multiple times for the AC to be turned down. The servers were nice. Probably wouldn’t return, too over priced to be sat in a cold, loud restaurant blasting awful music

   Date night on Friday and the atmosphere was nice. Not too loud. Server was nice and very talkative. We were late to the reservation and they were very cool about it. We were seated within 5 minutes. Ordered an Australian Wagyu medium and it was ok. Mashed potatoes were beaten so long they resembled soup. Brussel Sprouts were mushy. Best dish was the cookie with ice cream. We won't be returning here. So many better places at this price point.

   We came back to STK for our anniversary dinner because we had been there before and loved the food and vibe. This time around the vibe and service were top notch but there were some challenges with the food. Mine (steak and lobster Mac) was served mildly warm, but not hot. My drink glass was sticky at the stem, and when I received a new one, that was sticky too. Not sure why. I wondered if they hadn’t been washed properly—but I dismissed the thought as ludicrous. My husband received the wrong steak and it was cooked medium/well versus medium. The restaurant was great about fixing his meal. They sent out a new steak and Mac and cheese to go with it, but I never even mentioned the issues with my meal because they were so nice and my food was tolerable. However, we did not go to STK for tolerable food, we went to have amazing (though pretty pricey) food. Sadly that was not our experience this time. They boxed up the late arriving steak and Mac and cheese for us but it has gone to waste as our hotel has neither a microwave nor a fridge. Still the service was so terrific, the chef came out and apologized, and the server gave us free drinks, that we were not left angry—just a bit disenchanted.

   Overall was a very nice Thanksgiving dinner. Food and service was very good. Low rating reflects the multiple requests to confirm my reservation (a mostly incoherent voice message being one of them) and the sheer indifference of the hostess who made it seem like it was our privilege to have to wait for 20+ minutes even though we had a confirmed reservation. The nonchalant and otherwise entitled and obnoxious person she was doesn’t do this fine establishment any favors.

   While all steaks were cooked correctly, everyone thought their steaks lacked seasoning and flavor. I had the Thanksgiving meal which was awful. The dark meat was shredded. The corn pudding was runny and tasteless. The stuffing was a gamey tasting blob of goo. Shredded brussel sprouts were bitter. Sweet potatoes were runny and all I could taste were the marshmallows. Cranberries tasted like citrus. I could not believe I paid $72 for that meal. So disappointed.

    Extremely loud music on Thanksgiving Day, food was cold, steak sent back twice “raw”. We were not there 2 minutes before pushing g us to order and turn the table around..for a 4:45 pm seating. Absolutely the worst experience for $400…terrible service and mediocre food. Don’t waste your $$$$$$.
