This was my first time at STK. I chose this restaurant for my birthday celebration.My overall experience was just okay . The service was good, (they were very knowledgeable and friendly) but the food wasn’t up to my expectations. My entree was fine but the sides were very underwhelming. They weren’t seasoned well. Price didn’t match food quality which was a disappointment for my Birthday.

The music was to loud,, good music just couldn’t hear to talk, having to yell to talk. The service wasn’t too notch, the waiter did not come around as often as I would have expected. It was not horrible but could have been better for the price

Came here for my birthday dinner while in Vegas. This is just our opinion, however they try too hard to make this a club type atmosphere with a fine dining steak house. Music was way too loud, tables placed so close to one another that the servers rear ends were literally over the edge of our table while eating. Food prices out of control, $35 for a wedge salad, and the overall taste and quality was no where near the price point for the food we had. This would be a great place for the younger crowd with money to spend, but if you want an enjoyable meal where you can have a conversation with one another, not the place for you.

Saturday March 1st, I arrived at my reservation, checked in to STK Las Vegas, the hostess was very kind and professional and seated me and my girlfriend, we were greeted by a waitress whom tended to our questions about the drinks and menu and made recommendations which we were happy about, The occasion was it was my birthday and I was happy to be in such a vibrant place they had a DJ playing music that the core and the feeling of that place made you feel magical at the end of the dinner or lunch was a little birthday celebration and Mike Alvarez operations manager approach being asked me everything was okay and I said it was outstanding to have a fine group of people here that know what they're doing and are very professional with that said I also said that thank you for asking and will be returning soon I also want thank Mike Alvarez for turning to my needs also thank you see you guys soon

Quick lunch. Tuna tartare with taro chips (yum!) and medium rare 6oz filet. Hit the spot. Great, attentive service. Would recommend.
