    Went at 3 one day very nice and quiet. Went at 6:30 one day very loud in there could barely talk to each other.

    Our customer service experience was not ideal. We were sat at 6pm and asked our waitress for a sommelier. She didn’t know what that was… but also they don’t have one. She asked our preferences for wine (Cab, earthy flavors) and came back with some notes. She provided us a fruity, Merlot recommendation. Did she even hear us? No thank you. We picked our wine bottle. Sat and waited. Ordered our meal. Salad was delivered at 6:45 (still no wine). Wine was delivered at 6:55. Bread was delivered at 7pm. Steaks came at 7:02pm. At 7:05pm our waitress came back with steak knives. Plates were not cleared (because we didn’t even have time to eat it all). Usually nice restaurants bring you clean plates and silverware BEFORE your steak comes. We were celebrating and dressed to the nines. The website specifies a dress code. It was not upheld. Girls in athletic leggings and sneakers. Men in t shirts and ball caps. No regard for the dress code. That really brings down the elegance and status. As I mentioned, it was a big celebration for us. It could have been a 2 wine bottle night for us, had we received it sooner and had time to drink and enjoy. We did speak to the manager (we did not call her, she happened to walk by our table) and we said we were worried about the timing of our steaks and being rushed to eat our appetizers. She said she would hold them. It didn’t feel that way or that she truly listened to our concerns. The food was good. Compliments to the chef. Customer service and atmosphere are not there.

    Personally I feel the food is very over-priced. Fish and chips for $67.00? The fish were so greasy I could not finish my meal. The side dishes were very good. There were 10 of us. I didn’t feel our table was attended to as much as it should have been. All the water and soda glasses were empty most of the meal. Our dinner and dessert time was a 50 minute span of time. We were simply neglected until the $1.450.00 bill came of which was food only. We don’t drink. Maybe that’s why our table was left in the cold. The ambiance is fine. It wreaks Scottsdale vibes. Unfortunately we won’t be going back. But hey, you can’t please everyone. I’d give this place a shot if you have deep pockets and don’t mind not quite getting your money’s worth. Happy new year.

    Sat on the patio for Happy Hour. Drinks were great and a deal at happy hour. Door was good but really small portions even for the price. The chicken bites and shrimp were nice portions. Service was excellent, fast, friendly and right on time. We will be back!

    swerve was wonderful but don’t come here expecting to get your reservation on time. we had a reservation at 8:15 and wasn’t sat until 9:30. messed with important plans.

    We had an 8:00 reservation but were seated at 9:05. Based on past reviews they are going to say things get backed up when they get busy but the question then becomes if they know that why don’t they do anything about it? We sat outside and they only had heaters for 2/3s of the tables. Ours was not one. The food was ok but at the prices charged it should have been spectacular. Service was mediocre at best. Server asked if we wanted drink refills, twice, and each time we said “yes” but the drinks never appeared. Music was very loud. The host’s desk was nothing short of chaotic.

    I had made reservations 2 weeks ago to have a nice New Years dinner with my family. We arrived 10min prior to our reservation which was for 7:45pm. At 8:40pm I received notification our table was ready to be seated. It’s unfortunate we didn’t get to enjoy our planned steak dinner.

    Did not have a great experience unfortunately. Our reservation was at 7pm and we didn’t sit at our table til 7:50pm. They were way over booked for NYE. It took 20 min for a server to come and even greet us. Once ordered we asked for bread and ordered appetizers right away. Bread never came but some of the apps did. Our oysters ordered as a app came out right before our meal. We had also asked to speak to manager a couple times and none came to our table. The steak was under cooked and cold but we waited so long we were starving. Then we had to ask for our steak to be warmed up cause it got cold so fast. We asked for manager and none ever came. They did take off 25% off our bill so it was something but still very poor service and some par food. Will not be back.

    The restaurant did not display their menus prices online. When we got to the restaurant a salad was $30 and the cheapest entree was chicken at $60. They massively raised their rates for the holiday.
