   Horrible experience waited over a hour for my meal that never came. The waiter never came to check on our party once the drinks arrived. Wasn’t until we ask for our meals that he informed us they are running behind. The table next to us came after a received the meal within 30 mins of sitting done. Maybe it was the location I will not be returning.

   I’ve never walked out of a manhattan restaurant before but my wife and I were compelled to here after being served nothing but lukewarm water an hour after being seated. Our server took 30 minutes to take our order before disappearing. We never saw her, our food, or even our drink order after that.

   This review does NOT rate the food, since we never ate. We made a reservation — on a Sunday — to enjoy the Steak Day dinner special available Sundays through Thursdays. Once seated in the restaurant at 2pm we are told (in a very snippy & patronizing tone) that “we don’t have that special now; this is bunch.” The waitress’ attitude was very off-putting. It couldn’t have been worse had she called us “morons” to our faces! We spoke to the manager about the availability of the special, pointing out that it is Sunday, their website does not state any times for the special, and there was no notice when we made a reservation. His response (in a slightly nicer tone than the waitress’) was “yes, we need to change our website.” But no accommodation, even though we said we traveled from out-of-state to be there. We were not made to feel the slightest bit welcomed so we left….and that seemed perfectly fine with the staff. In the end, it worked out well. We found another high-end restaurant, with polite & friendly staff, who were more than willing to serve delicious and succulent steak dinners!

   The $75 meal was underseasoned and not cooked properly. We had to request a steak knife and repeatedly ask for water. Our waitress disappeared for over 15 minutes. Even though we had a reservation for 6 PM, we didn't get seated until 6:30 PM. It was extremely loud, making it difficult to hear what my date was saying. Overall, it was not a great experience.

   I used to eating steak with just salt and pepper. I thought the spice blend (and I don't have anything wrong with spice; I do use it at home) took away from the taste of the steak itself. The bacon was good. I've had better truffle fries in the past. It was nice to experience this place, but I don't think the meal is worth the money, especially when I make a better steak at home for a fraction of the cost. I also felt rushed to leave as the waiter said we would have to be moved to another area to finish our meal. But I don't fault them for that, my guest was late.

   Unfortunately, my experience here was extremely disappointing. The service was terrible from start to finish. I had to bag up my own leftovers, which felt tacky for a place of this caliber. The waiter even counted the cash tip right in front of me—completely unprofessional. As for the food, it was just okay, nothing memorable or worth the price. Definitely not returning.

   We arrived to enjoy happy hour - squeezed into a seat with inches on each side of the table - the people next to us were so close it was uncomfortable- the music was blaring we couldn’t hear ourselves speaking to each other. We moved outside where we waited 15 minutes before being acknowledged by any staff. After ordering drinks and food - we waited 30 minutes before receiving our cocktails. The waitstaff were so busy socializing and dropping F bombs that they didn’t fill up our water or tend to our dietary needs. The food was delivered cold and the steak was well done when we requested medium rare. The patrons seated near us also used vulgar language while spitting on the ground - a fellow waiter broke a glass and it was left on the ground for the duration of our meal. The wait staff and hostess seem underage, unprofessional and don’t seem to like to work with the public. This was by far the worst meal I’ve ever had in New York! I would not recommend this restaurant and plan to never return.

    This customer service was not good not friendly at all they pack you in like sardines and you are rushed to order and rushed to eat I’ll never go there again. Trash
