   Great experience, food on point, unique , definitely needed in fallsview. Beautiful views of the Niagra Falls. Jess server was friendly and welcoming. Price point is what you expect for such a high end internationally known establishment.

   Lorraine was amazing, very friendly, and attentive. Surprised us with a lovely dessert. Food and atmosphere was lovely. Will definitely come back!

   Delicious steak and excellent sides. The Brussel sprouts with bacon were by far our favorite... exceptionally tender and so flavorful thanks to the maple cider glaze. Mashed potatoes were good...but predictable. Tayler, our waitress, was delightful and attentive. The night was snowy and windy so there was no view of the falls, but that is not any fault of the restaurant. Live dj playing music which was a bit loud. Overall a romantic evening with tasty food. A bit expensive but we were on vacation so we expected those prices. We will return!

   Food was mediocre. The calamari was oily and not crispy at all. Small main meal portions. If you order a steak it comes with no sides and the sides are almost 30 bucks on top of the overpriced steak. Definitely not worth another visit!!

   Worst service ever and after waiting 2hrs for our food it was disgusting I have been to STK before but this location I am highly disappointed in never again!!!!!

   The server first came with our bill and charged us for 3 beers instead of the 2. We informed her and she quickly realized, apologized, and corrected the bill. Then she came back with the new bill. Now she had charged us for 2 calamari instead of 1, and we definitely only had one appetizer. She again realized, apologized, and went to correct the bill. The third time, she comes back and finally the bill was correct. I paid with my visa and she printed out a receipt, but proceeded to tell us that my visa was declined and did not work. She did not hand us any receipt that stated our payment was declined. She asked us for another method of payment. I took my wife’s card to pay, and surprisingly it went through. As the server was about to leave, I saw on my phone I had received a notification from my bank that my payment had gone through. My wife had the same notification. We were charged twice. I showed this to our server and she told us she needed to grab the manager to issue a refund to one of our visa’s. The manager came over and told us she would look into it. I’m not sure what there is to look into if we have confirmation from our banks that both payments went through, but whatever, we let her investigate. My wife and I were stuck waiting there for around 20-30 minutes for them to “look into it”. The manager returned and told us they were on hold with the credit card people but she told us she could just give us the refund since it was taking too long. So you mean to tell us, you could have issued us the refund right away but instead you left for 20 minutes to call some credit card team? Then the manager proceeded to explain to us how a credit card refund works… my wife works at the bank and although we look young, we are not children. Not to mention, even after all this absurdity, we were not even offered ANY sort of compensation for the inconvenience they caused. My entire review is on google. This is a portion.

   Book the restaurant for Valentine's Day for me and my husband food was mediocre, Could've been better. Service was poor. I know it's Valentine's Day and it was busy but the service was just very slow. Our reservation was for 9 PM We got seated about 9:10 pm and we didn't get our food till about 10 PM so we waited almost 1 hour to get food was not happy with the overall service . It was Niagara Falls but I just feel like for a new restaurant the service would have been more efficient , the prices were just extremely high. I mean I could've ate at the STK downtown Toronto and probably received a better meal , and for the prices that they wanted us to pay it was just over priced for not that great of a meal.

    Appetizers are excellent, steak was okay. Arrived cold. Short rib was excellent. Main problem was the delay for bringing the food out. I think we waited over an hour. But overall food is Good place feels high-end the view is amazing. The servers are really nice. They tried to explain why the food was late. Quite pricey.
