   The oysters were fresh and delicious, as was the warm bread. The steak was perfectly cooked and the sea bass was flavorful. The sides were just ok ( bacon mac &cheese, creamed spinach). Overall great experience and we would return and sit closer to the DJ, who was a vibe.

   Small portions. Large prices. Loud. Food was delicious. Service was slow with near constant upselling.

   We had an amazing experience. Our server Kevin was phenomenal. We really enjoyed the food, drinks and atmosphere. I’d recommend STK for a girls night or date night!

   Food was amazing… service was horrendous, per usual. It’s too bad because I’ve been to STKs all around the country and they are always fabulous. Once again, Charlotte misses the mark. I keep giving this place a chance for some reason, hoping it will get better. My third time dining here and the service gets worse every time. Megan took over for our server at the end. She was amazing, but we were pretty much done by then. I wish we started with her. If I go back it will probably just be to the bar for drinks and that’s a BIG IF. Repeatedly spending $1000+ for terrible service is not a vibe. I can pair a filet with good wine at the house. That’s not why people dine out.

   The service was pretty good, but due to the LIVE DJ, it was VERY noisey! The food was ok, the steaks that my husband and I ordered were seasoned well but we received the wrong steaks than ordered and they were not cooked to the correct temperature. The experience was not what I expected and I more than likely will not return to this restaurant chain.

   I’m very disappointed by quality of the food. I have been to several steak restaurants throughout the Charlotte area and I was looking for something new and I was very disappointed. I took my wife out for Valentine’s Day and the outcome was not pleasing and I’m not a person that’s hard to please. I don’t mind spending money for something that’s worth it, but this was not worth the money I spent. I have had several of my friends and colleagues from the NFLPA/CMPD asked me about the restaurant. I have yet to respond to them because I am too embarrassed and disappointed to tell them,,Please give me a call if you feel you need to talk to me. The young lady who served us was outstanding!! GOD BLESS!!

    We visited STK upon a recommendation. The ambiance was nice however, the 2 person tables are too small to relax and enjoy your food. We asked our server for an additional chair for our coats, hats, and my purse. She never brought it. Unfortunately, the food has no flavor and my long island tea was weak. Longhorn tastes so much better! My husband and I shared a porterhouse (medium with peppercorn), parmesan crusted mash, and creamed spinach. We understand that the cut of the steak would taste a bit gamy but there was still no extra seasoning. The mash were ok, and the spinach was bland. Overall, I'm glad we tried something new but we will not go back.
