   Came for christmas day dinner. I need to start with that so we understand the expectations of some wait and a busy establishment. Had reservations and up front were asked to wait for the table to be ready (15 mins), got the ready text just to have to wait another 10 mins and now we are standing in the way of everyone coming in and out. Sat down and the drinks took 20 mins for non alcohol and another 10 mins for the alcohol. 30 mins in and now we all got drinks and bread. Food showed up incomplete (missing sides) at about the 2 hr mark from sitting down. Every time we needed drink refills that was an additional 20 plus mins. Overall to be charged over $1K for 8 people after waiting for 4 hrs its insane! The manager did come and attempted to make it right. For such an expensive establishment I don't expect such long wait times with a reservation; let me not forget that the food was lukewarm. If you late with the food at least I expect to see the smoke still coming out from being fresh off the stove... Food was well seasoned, it would have been better if it was on time and actually hot.

   Christmas Day it was okay, it was cold in atlanta and so by time we got our food due to the doors opening and closing food was not hot. I asked for my food to be reheated when I got it back same temp . For the amount of money being spent there needs to be a better option to keep food hot . It was a lot of people out for the holidays we sat by the end of the bar which was not the best place food being dropped servers in and out I felt like we were in the way . At one point there was a bag of trash next to me which was not a good look . I feel that there was to many reservations to accommodate the space at STK. I took my food Togo so I could reheat from home . I also feel that the Amount of calls I got for the confirmation they should have mentioned it was a holiday menu so certain things would not apply for the evening . I appreciate you guys being open Merry Christmas

   This was my first time dining at STK and I can honestly say that I will not be back. We were seated on time which was a plus for the holiday. It took a little over an hour for our food to arrive and it arrived cold. The food was good but due to the temperature, we really didn’t enjoy it. For the price point of this restaurant, I expected better food and service.

   The service and food were acceptable. The ambiance was terrible. The music was too loud. I don't want to hear hip hop music when I patronize an upscale restaurant. This place also needs a dress code. Patrons were wearing everything from women in leggings to the men wearing jogging suits and ball caps. This should not be the type of attire worn in an upscale establishment. The hostesses were dressed as if they were going to the club. Their attire needs to be addressed as well. This is not acceptable. I hope these things can be addressed because this can be a really nice restaurant.

   My daughter and I went there on Christmas Day. The service was fantastic. Chris , our server, was very friendly and attentive. The filet was great. My turkey, dressing was pretty bland. Didn't really enjoyed it. That's what I get for ordering turkey at a steakhouse. Overall, it was a good experience.

   The only thing we didn't like was the seating. The food, drinks, and atmosphere is amazing.

    Great food and service. Anya was amazing . She was knowledgeable of the food and drinks. When one of our cocktails wasn’t to our liking, she took it back to the bartender and had him recreate. We were well taken care of all evening. Steaks cooked to order and delicious. Melted like butter. We split the asparagus and mashed potatoes. Both great options. The restaurant vibe was nice, decorated for Christmas. Seating was a little tight on a 2 top and in close proximity to other tables but we made it work . Food was on the pricey side as it was ala carte. Reservations on a Sat night a must.
