   The overall experience was good. The staff was great. The guy serving us even took some pictures for us and recommended some good dishes. Incredible ambience overlooking downtown Dallas.

   The food was good but not spectacular. The restaurant was very pretty and would have had a good vibe, except that the service was not good. We were the only table when we first arrived for brunch, but they gave us the wrong menus (lunch instead of brunch), took a long time to take our order (at which time they said they couldn't make the lunch items and had to bring us new menus), got our app order wrong, and were just overall not very attentive or accommodating. Then, of course, they auto added 20% gratuity.

   Food was a redeeming factor here but the drink menu was low in quality, while charging premium prices. I would have ordered more had it not been for that. Our waitress was very sweet, I asked her what she thought of the Martini Espresso, she shook her head and stated that it comes from a vat which immediately turned me off. Thank god for her honesty. I feel like the staff in general needs additional training, stood at the front for a solid 4 minutes (started timing after 2), which is fine but having the staff just stare at me without a single greeting or someone will be right with you was odd. Lastly, perhaps I don’t know any better but I thought it was unusual that gratuity was added to the bill for a party of two.

   STIRR was great! From the hostess to food runners. We had the pleasure of sitting with Rose. Rose was the life of the party. She was very funny and attentive. However it was her last day so you guys wont be having her. We ordered just about every appetizers on the menu all was good but the Volcano Shrimp were delicious! The food was great as well. & the WATER, yes the water.... amazing! 1000/10 all the way around! Will be returning when I visit DFW area again.

   We wanted a quiet dinner with good food and we were pleased with Stirr. It was very quiet on a Monday night. I’d like to come back on the weekend to see the vibe. I was well pleased with the red snapper and I enjoyed the grapefruit basil mocktail. Thanks!

   The potatoes were cold, most of the food was cold. The donuts (which unexpectedly were donut holes) were pretty good. We were told that menu “fluctuates”. The Prosecco or whatever sparkling brut was served to us wasn’t very good but that’s not really on the restaurant or server, speaking of the service was slow even though it wasn’t crazy busy. We didn’t need a reservation even though we made one and wasn’t until I mentioned it that the bartender even bother to check the computer. Overall Stirr isn’t what it used to be. I think they’ve been worn down by bad patrons, which my lady and I are not, but that’s no excuse to have bad service and bad food. Our birthday celebration was pretty disappointing. The manager was great and attentive!

   Everything was wonderful! We celebrated my Aunts 65th, the drinks was so amazing. Our bartender and Server Dee was so energetic and wonderful. Thank you again, Stirr! Loved it!
