Stir offers a delightful dining experience within the Philadelphia Museum of Art, praised for its "amazing culinary expertise" and "superb" dishes like the trout and mushroom toast. A listed "chop salad" was simply a bowlful of greens...nothing else except the added price/added shrimp. The waitress advised us that the baker hadn't delivered the bread. The coffee was plentiful and good. I left feeling like I needed lunch. I was quite expensive.

Service was good. Food was mediocre @ best. I expected more variety and tastiness for the price point. Very disappointed.

We dordered the gem salad and tuna tartare. Both delicious. Followed by the dark chocolate tart - also yummy. Only downside today was the art museum’s computers all down so they could only take guests who had cash. It worked out for us but maybe not for others. Perfect place to go for lunch after seeing the exhibition on a miserable weather day.

The food was very tasty. The smash burger had such flavor and porch belly was fantastic. The chocolate tart melted in your mouth. A restaurant with character as well.

Great dish but they ran out of any sides that would have complemented the fish!

Amazing culinary expertise by the chef. Food is outstanding. Tuna tartar is upper echelon. It would be better served with chips or crostini. The fish, I believe trout, with fish roe was superb. And the dessert, the pawpaw ice cream was decadent! TheService is straightforward and solid. Our server wasn't memorably kind but she was informative and attentive.
