   Worst experience possible in a restaurant. 2+ hour wait on food, wrong food from other tables, wrong orders more than once, nothing, and I mean, nothing went right. We were a party of five. They brought dishes one by one, each spaced by 25 minutes. Mine was the last one and they messed up my order twice! This was on Christmas Day so we had expected slower service but this place took it to the extreme. Servers didn’t want to be there that day and it showed. The cook didn’t want to be there either, and I’m speaking singular because it must have been just one working that day considering the time it took and all the mistakes they made.

   Food was good…service was beyond bad. We should have walked out but we stuck through 3 hours of poor service across the board on x-mas day. Food was good but we won’t be back. Get your act together!

   Really disappointed by this place. I kept seeing advertisements on my social media feed and decided to take my family on Christmas Day to do the “duck” just like Christmas Story. While I understand that this could have been a fluke because this was Christmas Day…the service really made me not want to come back. First…the food is pretty decent. I did order half duck but wasn’t told it wouldn’t be the table side “fire” so that was pretty sad when my kids didn’t get to experience that. As far as service, we ordered drinks and the waiter forgot my daughter’s beverage. We figured it’s ok so we politely asked if he can bring her drink when he can. He got snippy and was like “I know okay!” My patient self tried to understand that people treat Christmas Day employees rudely so I let it pass and smiled regardless. Food came out but they forgot a few of my orders. No biggie. I just figured I’d make sure it wasn’t on the bill later on. My family are and we finished roughly after 40 mins. During the entire time we were never visited back for any refills or for any plates to be taken away. We waited to be acknowledged by our waiter after 45 mins!!! Yes it took that long while I I tried to make eye contact. I did the little finger waive to try and nothing. Another waiter finally came and I asked for bill. He showed me bill and I asked for the missing appetizers to be taken off and he took it off the bill. Overall the service was pretty bad. I was trying to be very understanding as it was Christmas Day and I know those employees get treated pretty bad. But as a consumer that had to wait 45 mins for a Che and never attended to the entire time we dined other than ordering….it was disappointing.

   I reserved the “Experience” because it was buy one get one for all beer and wine. Once seated it took a while to get service and the server didn’t come around much and we were waiting to order more drinks. The food was delicious, so flavorful. When the check came, they didn’t apply the experience promotion so I had to request that they readjust. That always feels so awkward. Overall the experience was a 4/5. Had service been better, it would definitely have been a 5/5!

   My family and I had dinner. The bartender was not there so all of the interesting looking drinks were not available. The service was …. Not great. The food was ok. Nothing stood out except for the Peking duck; that was very good with crispy skin. My sister had the sizzling steak with scallops. The scallops were old and fishy tasting. Brother in law had kung pao which had no spice whatsoever. My Mother had lobster lo mein which was ok. I wanted to go there as reviews talked about the ambience and great service. The service was seriously lacking. I am not sure if the better servers were off or the reviews were wrong; they were not very attentive at all. Expensive for subpar service mediocre food; I see no reason to go there again. Or maybe I would get take out for their duck.

   The atmosphere is simple with an overly done effort to be unique with various displays of styled drinks and food presentation. Over done and under acheived. Food flavors didn’t overwhelm and can be compared to an other ordinary Chinese restaurant at much lower prices. Feel like a restaurant that wants to come across as higher class but fails to deliver that quality.

   The restaurant presents very well as the interior design is very modern and appears clean. The restaurant air person came to our table with about for or five separate menus. She was challenged with how to explain the seemingly complex ordering and food options. Rather than answer our questions about what options we could choose she kept pushing the “all you can eat”. We aren’t big fans of all you can eat because we like really good Asian food not a lot of low quality food, which by the way, is exactly what we were served. The hot and sour soup was served lukewarm, and it was flavorless although it looked delicious it was not. The sautéed green beans were old dried out and tough, the chowmein was so ultra salty it was inedible. My poor mom asked for a fork three times and was left sitting there for 10 minutes unable to eat with chopsticks. She’s 87 so it’s understandable.

    My husband and I decided to try this new restaurant last Sat evening . Reviews were mixed so I thought we would give it a go. First appearance , the inside is large but only a little over half the restaurant has tables or booths at this time . There were several patrons there when we got there . Their menu (s) are huge, which had my hopes up. Service from the beginning was spotty. We got drinks & then it took forever for someone to ask anything more . We ordered appetizers and food because we weren’t sure when they would be back . We got a sampler dish of appetizers & everything came cold . I’m sure it would have been better at least warm . Our main dishes all came out quickly after , before we even finished app’s. We got several dishes including house fried rice, lobster chow mein and sweet and sour chicken . To our dismay “all” dishes were served cold ! It was really disappointing at this point . Many servers came over and through some language barriers they remade all the dishes and brought them out one by one . Second round was hot but the flavoring and quality were just not good . I will say I had walked to restroom towards the end and it just doesn’t seem like they are ready to be open . The restaurant appears “half “done and the restrooms were neglected as well . My hopes of finding a new Chinese restaurant were not only a disaster but smashed to smithereens . Prices are high and services was lackluster without the serving of cold food .
