   My sister and I went for a late dinner. This place was gorgeous! Great ambiance, lovely, knowledgeable waitress and great drinks! The food was good too! The only thing I would say is we ordered steak medium well and it came out a bit undercooked. We were so hungry that we went ahead with most of it except for the centerpieces that were just too undercooked for us to eat. When our waitress came over to check on us, we told her about it… She assured us that it could be cooked longer, but since we only had a few pieces left, we did not take the offer. However, we did order dessert and she ended up comping us the dessert to our surprise! Overall, this was a very good experience and a beautiful place! Although it was too cold to sit out on the rooftop patio… they encouraged us to walk out and take a tour… It was breathtaking! Make your reservation ☺️

   The food was absolutely stellar! As this was their first prix fixe menu offering on New Year’s Eve, perhaps the staff was a bit flummoxed. But they were polite, and it was an incredible experience overall.

   This was a New Year’s Eve pre-fixed menu, 4-course dinner. Every course was unique, delicious and appropriately portioned. Wonderful service on top of a great dining experience.

   Stellar Jay was truly stellar. They delivered on Ambiance, food, views were perfect. We had a prefixed 4 course meal for NYE and everything had such great flavor! Such a great new rooftop/restaurant/hotel to have in Denver!

   Overall very nice but menu was very limited and highly overpriced. We shared everything which was a good idea but be forewarned that everything is a la carte.

   Excellent experience. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. The menu is a bit limited but we easily found dishes that we loved. Highly recommend the pork collar dish as well as the mushroom tempura appetizer.

   Amazing dinner at this gorgeous restaurant! Views are to die for especially with the holiday lights. Quail, trout and bison skewers were all wonderful. Service very attentive. Can’t wait to come back.

   The food was wonderful. We had bad service which was unfortunate because the rest of the experience was really nice. I think our experience was personal to our server and not indicative of the rest of the staff.

    This is a nice place to have a cocktail and a bite before going out. The view from the outer deck is great.
