   Was disappointed with this place . Steak was average. Overpriced. Steak was undercooked for what we ordered. Placed our order and received food in around 15 minutes which seemed so quick for cooking what we ordered Went to pay and conveyed this to the person at the register which we assume was the manager and he completely ignored us took our money and proceeded to serve the next customer. Will definitely not be going back.

   Amazing service. Staff took the time to go through the types of meat and offer advice. They were very attentive throughout the night. Food was top notch as well

   Children's meal sizes are next to irrelevant to put on a plate - wouldn't recommend for kids over 5 as they'll need more food. whilst what we ordered tasted great - compared to similar priced establishments the portions were embarrassingly minimal to say the least. Finally, the service by 4 out of 6 people that 'served' our table was lackluster at best as usually when you service a table - you use your words & acknowledge the guests - apparently not at this place.

   Great restaurant. Had an excellent time and experience there. Would gladly return when the occasion calls for it. phenomenal food.

   Only the most incredible steak I can recall ever eating! The hardest part about visiting this restaurant is figuring out what to order from the menu!

   As a celiac I found an amazing range of options catering for gf people as well as other dietary limitations. The service, promptness and quality of the food was outstanding.

   I have previously been to Steak Ministry four times, including a previous Valentine’s, and it had previously been an excellent experience, definitely had been one of the better steak houses around. But this most recent Valentine’s was a disappointment. I went to Steak Ministry Glen Waverley for the Valentine’s dinner, which was $125pp, and the restaurant was extremely packed; you literally couldn’t move without bumping into another couple. Service was very slow, and we weren’t asked if we wanted more drinks, and our water was never refilled. It was impossible to flag wait staff for any reason. One of the worst dining experiences I have had, let alone at $300 including drinks.

   4th time visiting always enjoy food. Service was slow due to volume of clients. The waitress forgot my wife's drink I asked the barman directly who served our drink. The main server was not happy with this and halfway through our drink came to our table and placed our bill on the table and walked away. We both thought this was rude as we had not asked for the bill. After challenging him he apologised. This however left a bad taste in our mouths and spoilt the end of our evening. Not sure if we'll return now.

   The steaks were quite average for the high price you pay. To also have to pay an additional $5 for the sauce was also odd as most high end restaurants that charge the same amount and have better quality steaks include the sauce without extra charge. The steaks also came out surprisingly fast, their website says can take up to 30 minutes because of their unique cooking process. The steak was quite chewy too. There is a bit of a disconnect between what they are selling and what you are served. If you’re for a “steak house” this isn’t the place for you.

    Unfortunately not comparable with other steakhouses such as Meat & Wine Co. even though prices are similar if not more higher
