A corner bar and restaurant nestled on the edge of Raleigh’s Historic Oakwood neighborhood, blending amongst the residential streets like a refuge. In the location that originally served as an Amoco gas station- The Station pays tribute to Raleigh’s rich past as well as present.
A cozy, rustic, watering-hole inviting you to hobnob and toast one another over a bucket of suds, a locally crafted brew or an artisinal cocktail. This restaurant/bar would be a nice neighborhood spot however the service repeatedly is incredibly poor. No one who works there could care less that you are there. Such a disappointment cause an attitude is very easy to change, but for some reason no one who works here cares.

Dined on a Saturday night with my wife and mother in law. It was a great night to dine outdoors, but we decided to take a table indoors due to the noise level outside. Service and food were great, and reasonably priced. Would dine here again!

Went to Sunday brunch and knew it was going to be a problem when they had no knowledge of my reservation. The service was absolutely awful. The manager claimed they were short on servers, but the food took over an hour to come out of the kitchen. When it came it was marginally warm. I will never go back, and I would suggest if you're reading this, find somewhere else to eat.

We went here for brunch and it was really good. The price could be a tad bit cheaper, but overall nice place!

Went during Restaurant Week and got to sample a lot of their food. It was delicious. Ate outside - their outside area is very nice. Will definitely return. This was my first time eating there.

Sat outside under cover, had a great meal with great service (nice job Gabby) and it was at a reasonable price. Will visit again!

We've been to the Station many times and always liked the food and atmosphere, with the one caveat that these visits were typically a weeknight. This visit was a Saturday night and my ratings are probably kind. The service was okay but it took forever to get our food, and then two of us didn't get ours until after the others were virtually done -- and then one of them was the wrong thing (both of these items did get comped without us asking). The food wasn't bad, but some of it was overcooked. And when I paid, I gave her my card and thought I'd get an opportunity to tip but she left with the payment machine -- so I don't know what the total bill was, or if there was any tip on it!

Enjoyed a nice evening in patio. Tried a flight of wines a bit pricey for the Cru but ok. The charcuterie was lovely and salmon delicious. The cream brûlée fell flat but overall we had a nice experience. I will come back to try more wines and enjoy the atmosphere.
