   Abbey and Tracy were excellent hosts and seemed very knowledgeable about the Starbucks brands, coffee processing and explaining the various steps that can provide unique flavor profiles to the beans. The ambiance was nice. We sampled two coffees and was hoping for a third just to add to the variety. The noise level was a bit much making it difficult to hear at times. Overall, very good experience.

   Overall, a very unique and fun experience. The Coffee Lab journey was informative and pleasant, although shorter than I expected for the cost. The food on the second floor is very good, but be prepared to wait upwards of 30 min on line during the lunch switch.

   We did the Coffee Tasting Lab and it was AMAZING! The experience was filled with stories and memories tied into the tastes and smells of the delicious coffees we had. We then grabbed some food from the cafe and it was delicious. Every employee we talked to greeted us with a smile! Visiting here is a must😊

   Heather was our hostess for the coffee lab experience. She was knowledgeable and fun. It is a little pricey for what you get but it's worth trying once. My wife and I went for a date night out and enjoyed the experience.

   Julianne is the best!! Hopefully Starbucks Reserve is paying her well 😁 She is so fun, personable, and knowledgeable. I learned a ton about the art/technique of making an espresso martini!

   The Art of Espresso Martini class with Julianne was outstanding. She was a wonderful teacher. We learned alot and had so much fun!! Would definitely recommend.

    We did a coffee tasting class as part of my wife’s birthday. Tracy was a great host and was full of information and insight. We enjoyed the experience and will be back in the future for other events.
