Located ideally in the heart of Leicester Square, this traditional yet modern pub is perfect for people coming to see the sites of London. Within walking distance from Eros statue and China town, this little slice of history is perfect for travelers wanting to experience a real British pub. We have a huge range of craft beers, cask ales, premium lagers, and ciders but we also have a spirit emporium packed with gins, rum, and tequila and we can’t forget our artisan cocktails and superb coffee! Our food is all about Great British classics with our Gloucester old spot sausages and mashes to our homemade steak and ale pie however you will find we offer some amazing desserts and some lighter dishes too! Food portions were quite small for the price but very tasty. Order at the bar, no table service. Wine was very nice. Ladies bathroom down steep stairs. Staff friendly.

Great location near to Piccadilly Circus. Staff were efficient. Food very tasty with sizeable portions. Good beer, reasonably priced for central London, with a couple of real ales in stock and well looked after. I will return.

Atmosphere is great. Food is excellent. Drink range on beer and wine is excellent. Service very friendly. Definitely recommend St James tavern Piccadilly

Ridiculously noisy and packed. Our table was reserved but people were sitting there. Not time before the theatre to have food as it took so long to be served at the bar. Waiting time for food was over 30 mins. Staff unfriendly. Ended up going to McDonald's next door

The pub was full probably with theatre goer’s, you go to the bar to order and the service could have been better. Food was typical pub grub. No better than any other pub.
