Splendido at the Chateau offers wonderful Rocky Mountain dining featuring hearty yet refined American-European cuisine. In summer, enjoy a cocktail or dine outdoors on our flower filled deck and enjoy great views of Beaver Creek Mountain. As the sun sets and the mountain chill sets in, retreat indoors and get cozy next to our lovely, double-sided, wood burning fireplace.

We always love dining at Splendido when we come up to Beaver Creek. It is probably our favorite restaurant in the Vail Valley. The service, food and ambience are always exquisite!

Perhaps my favorite restaurant in the Vail Valley only reason I marked it down because it is expensive but well worth the price highly recommend this restaurant just don’t be too many people since I love to be there

Dover Sole was excellent as the pork chop and filet… we were a table of 5; so you should offer after dinner chocolates for 5, not 4… we’ll be back for new years

Splendido is easily the best restaurant around Vail and Beaver Creek. As soon as you drive in, you can tell the difference between anywhere else in the area. Food is on a different level, service is refreshingly attentive, and just go here for the vibe, summer or winter.

From the moment we entered and were greeted by our name, until the moment we left our experience was excellent. The waitress Laurie was outstanding. She was friendly, interested and attentive without being overbearing. She was happy to explain the food choices and make recommendations. The crudo appetizer was outstanding and very flavorful. The main courses were perfectly prepared and delicious. Not too much food but quality and flavors and careful composition. Just perfect. The dessert was the chocolate flambée which was presented with sparklers in honor of my fiancées birthday. Overall the experience was memorable and the food delicious.
