   Excellent family operated restaurant in Etobicoke. Love the fact that the gnocchi and some of the pastas were made by the “mama”. Enjoyable evening.

   Once again an excellent dinner, Vince and the staff always make you feel welcome and the food is delicious. A favourite local restaurant.

   Disappointing overall unfortunately. While the staff was friendly and attentive, there were some major misses. The pasta was over-salted and over-cooked and the salad wasn't salted at all. The decor was dated which isn't important however the cumbersome table legs don't make for comfortable dinner seating. Other dinner guests also expressed dissatisfaction with their dishes, just not the quality associated with other Italian restaurants in the city. I was the only one who ended up being sick all night, the others were not. I feel badly about reporting this experience but some things I could not overlook...the prices of dining out anywhere right now are high so you kind of want a sure thing when you do venture out. I read the reviews and didn't come across anything that would make me reconsider checking it out.

   Hi there I am truly sorry you had such a terrible dining experience dining. We are surprised by this review, as we always check on our tables and we did not have any instances matching your claims over the last few months. Did you mention all this to the server or manager during your time at the restaurant? This is definitely not the experience I want diners to have, and I would never want or expect anyone to pay for a meal they did not enjoy, which is why I always urge diners to immediately let us know if anything is not up to standards. That being said, I do want to try to make things right if you would give us the opportunity to do so.    Both the food and service were excellent. Service was attentive and thorough but not over the top. The food was great and portions were just right. We left comfortable, not overstuffed. Some of the desserts are home made and were especially good. This is a great spot of you want a cozy experience and like good Italian food.

   The food and service are consistently the best. The rack of lamb was superb as was the ravioli dish my partner had. We love the friendliness of the staff. Obviously the restaurant appeals to the local folks as many of the patrons seem to be repeats. Love the experience.

   As a regular for several years, this place remains consistent in food quality, preparation and service. I also had the pleasure of enjoying “special of the day” menu items… Manhattan Clam Chowder and home made squid ink pasta serviced with seafood. Both were incredible!    It is such a cozy, quaint restaurant with a great vibe. Service and staff are amazing. Food was delicious. A perfect place to go back again and again! 😊

   Great menu and wine list.fair pricing. Slow service. Maybe because there were 2 large groups there. Noise level is a little high but not bad. Food was delicious

   We enjoyed the food. It was lovely. Rigatoni and gnocchi was definitely worth the trip. The service was not the best. We were very pleased with our meal.

    Four of us had a great time, wonderful service and amazingly fresh food selection. Very good Ripasso to wash it down. Truly a neighborhood gem
