Had a terrible experience. It was cold and none of there patio heaters were on, when we asked them to turn it on they just said we’re out of gas. We then decided to leave as the servers were not paying much attention to us, on my way out I was groped by a drunk male, who was clearly intoxicated but still allowed to be in the facility. I complained the the security and left. I will never go to this place again

I had a disappointing experience at Sophie’s Cocktail Bar. Despite having a reservation, they couldn’t accommodate us and ended up seating us at small round tables pushed together by the entrance—definitely not ideal. It took forever to get our water, and even longer to get our cocktails. Meanwhile, other guests were seated at much better tables. Our waitress barely checked in on us, and when we finally got our water cups, one had leftover drink residue from a previous patron. We asked for a replacement, but instead, they brought us the smallest cup of water with no ice. I had been looking forward to this place all week, but the poor service really let it down. Definitely not the experience I expected from a place that claims to offer quality cocktails.

Horrible experience. Staff took my scarf and refused to return it.

0/5, I’ve given this place two shots. Both times were horrible. First time waited an hour, never got a drink (late on Friday), second time went WITH A RESERVATION at 6:45, drink arrived at 7:20. I asked for the check, and they had the AUDACITY to charge me full price (even though I ordered during happy hour), and 20% service charge included on a bill. WORST $40 ever spent for 2 drinks - seriously, don’t go here

I rarely write reviews, but after my experience here, I felt compelled to warn others. First off, the "butternut squash ravioli" I ordered was nothing more than bland buttered noodles—no flavor, no seasoning, just plain pasta. So disappointing! Then we ordered cauliflower, and again, it was soggy and tasteless. For a place that charges premium prices, the food quality was honestly pathetic. The drinks were ridiculously sweet with absolutely no alcohol in them, yet they charged $18 each! I could’ve bought a whole bottle of wine for that price, and it wouldn’t have tasted like sugar water. To top it all off, they added a 20% automatic gratuity for just TWO people without informing us. How shady is that? Then, to make matters worse, they tried to charge us $75 for a $21 pasta dish—probably hoping we wouldn’t notice the crazy price hike. Thankfully we caught it, but I’m seriously disgusted. The ambiance was nice, but this place is a total scam. Avoid it if you don’t want to get ripped off!

I recently dined at Sophie's on Valentine's Day and was disappointed with the service. Despite understanding the expected wait times due to the holiday, the quality of service was horrible. The Valentine's menu item I ordered, grilled cheese, was not properly prepared, as the cheese was not fully melted. Additionally, the staff appeared disorganized and unfamiliar with their duties, resembling a temporary banquet service hired for the occasion. The server was also rude.

We decided to try this restaurant for Valentine’s Day, hoping for a special evening, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The service was unbelievably slow—our main course arrived before the drinks and appetizers, completely throwing off the dining experience. To make matters worse, the appetizer finally showed up at the end of the meal, which made no sense at all. The biggest letdown was the dessert. We ordered tiramisu, expecting a classic, creamy treat, but it was rock-hard and impossible to chew. It was inedible. Despite all these issues, we ended up paying the full bill Overall, the experience was frustrating, and we will definitely not be returning. If you’re looking for good service and a well-paced meal, this is NOT the place to go.

Probably the worst cocktails ever. All are super sweet. We asked if they could make a cosmopolitan light on the sweet and we all received sickly sweet neon pink cocktails. Another asked for a dirty martini and it was basically all olive juice. Several orders were wrong, and service was terribly slow. On the upside the flatbread was delicious and the ambience was great. Not enough to make up for the sorry cocktails!
