   Tried this place for the first time on a recommendation and it did not disappoint. Our server, Tim, was exceptional in recommending wine and food and all his recommendations were spot on. The branzino was moist and flavorful and certainly enough for two. The ribs were also a hit and cooked to perfection. The lychee martini was also good but needed a lychee fruit to complement the flavor. Already made a return reservation and looking forward to hopefully getting the same server.

   We were excited to try this restaurant. Unfortunately, lack of training in service led to many mistakes. Wrong food brought out and wrong drinks. I told the waitress after she tried to serve my friend an old fashioned that he ordered a bourbon and ginger. She replied “that’s what this is”. Needless to say we won’t be returning.

   The overall experience at Sophia's Trattoria was okay, with the exception of the bland food ordered. I was celebrating my birthday yesterday and looked forward to a special meal, which fell short. For starters, when I placed my reservation on Open Table I mentioned celebrating my birthday that evening which was not acknowledged. I ordered the chicory salad, bolognese, sparkling water, and a mocktail. The rigatoni was overcooked and the meat sauce was very dry. The manager comped the pasta but under the circumstances the entire check should have been comped. Also, the waiter was very attentive and courteous.

   Being it was going to be New Years Eve, I booked this restaurant several weeks in advance. We arrived on time, and were told by the hostess that they would need to “set” a table for the 4 of us? Many tables were empty, and several groups were seated before us. After 10 min we were seated at a table that I saw was open and set when we arrived. The service was very good, although this restaurant is very loud, and hard to hear our waiter. The food was excellent, we loved the anchovies, Pork tenderloin and scallops. I was a bit put off, when they charged $24 for 3 cups of “American “ coffee. Which were half filled. I don’t mind paying for great service and food. But I feel this place is a bit over priced.

   Best food I’ve had in Disney so far. Everything is so fresh and all pastas and pizzas are handmade. Very kid friendly too

    Horrible. Worse than plane food. The food took forever to arrive as well.
