El lugar es increíble, en una zona muy bonita y con instalaciones muy cómodas. La comida fue lo más sorprendente, es realmente delicioso, tienen un menú muy variado y las porciones son excelentes, nada excesivo, lo cual es genial porque no terminas con la sensación de haber comido demasiado, pero sí con la sensación de haber comido delicioso.

Me encantó el lugar súper bonito, excelente para una date y comer riquísimo, el menú super bien elaborado, el personal super amables, atentos, rápidos! El ramen y el hamachi de mis favoritos ♥️🥰

El servicio lento y solo había 1 mesero como tal y 1 ayudante, las bebidas tardaban demasiado en llegar cuando se pedían con tiempo siendo que solo era servir 1 sake sin mayos preparación. A la mesa de a lado le salió un plástico en sus alimentos y el gerente estaba platicando con otra persona de piso y dejaba desatendidas. Sinceramente los alimentos salvaron un poco la noche pero sinceramente no regresaría.

El Shoyu Ramen es una delicia. El servicio es lento, especialmente si en tu mesa no hablas en inglés (u otros idiomas distintos al español). Es incómodo porque las mesas están muy pegadas, muchos asientos no tienen respaldo y la música está muy alta, lo que hace muy difícil conversar.

Visiting CDMX on vacation. Enjoyed the Pork Belly sandwich and Shoyu soup restaurant. Our waiter Ernesto was excellent. He was able to explain the menu and help us decide on the starters, main course, and drinks.
