Wonderful, fresh, and uniquely flavorful dishes. Service was very attentive. Kept being reminded of the 2 hour 15 minutes to keep the table but with uncomfortable apologies.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price We had been looking forward to this meal for months, having booked well in advance for a special occasion. Unfortunately, our experience was underwhelming from start to finish, and at €300, it simply did not justify the cost. Despite being asked at the time of booking if it was a special occasion, we were seated at a cramped and awkward table, which felt strange given the emphasis (from their end) over the phone. Additionally, we were never asked in advance if we wanted the tasting menu, and when we requested it on the night, we were told management would need to be consulted. This seemed disorganized for a restaurant of this caliber. While the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes, service was inconsistent, with orders being taken to the wrong tables throughout the night. The cocktails were good, and the sorbet was delicious, but when the palate cleanser is the highlight of a €300 meal, that says a lot. The steak was cooked to perfection but lacked any seasoning, making the dish quite dry overall. The fish course was well-cooked but completely devoid of flavor. Finally, the scallops were both overcooked and incredibly bland. What makes this even more disappointing is that Fire, the restaurant’s sister venue, has delivered excellence on multiple occasions for us. Given the glowing reviews, we expected a truly memorable dining experience, but instead, we left feeling genuinely upset at what felt like a wasted experience. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that improvements are made—there is clear potential here, but based on this visit, we wouldn’t return.

OverHyped and OverPriced and OverCooked. A fine piece of Halibut destroyed because it was overcooked - dry as cardboard.
