Exceptional experience, We added extra guests last minute, accomadated Allergies for three guests in our party, accommodated graciously! Service excellent, Food Excellent, chef even visited our table to check in with us, Top notch!

Food is consistently good. Tonight was busy as there was a sports game in the arena, but the place cleared out and calm retuned. Javier our server was wonderful: kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely plus for Sol Toro!

Eat anything there! Everything was great! We meet Denis, very cordial, very professional and polite, food was great, attention was superb! ALLIE (don’t know the spelling ) was awesome, best one ever!! We had to start the chicharrón, super flavorful, cooked on point, I had a Manhattan, and it was so far, #1 on my list, the steak was perfectly cooked, chimichurri right on point!!! (I grew up in South America, so I know how it should taste!) We will come back few more times!!

We visited Sol Toro on Friday March 7th @ 5:30pm. We were sat very quickly and efficiently. The staff at the front of the house are sweet & welcoming group of girls. I have frequented this restaurant numerous times in my many visits to Mohegan Sun & have had varrying experiences. But i have to say this time around we had a stellar experience from start to finish. Our waitress Daisy was sweet, welcoming with a professional yet positive disposition. You could tell she loves her job and loves meeting new people. She always had a smile on her face even when our kids asked for 5 diff things even after getting their food and drinks already ordered. We were at dinner with me my husband and our 6 yr old and 4 yr old. Daisy handled them and their ever changing moods and needs with the most wonderful attitude and she spoke to them directly which was a big deal for this Mom. She treated my children with respect & professionalism. Our oldest has severe social anxiety and Daisy had her laughing and talking non stop. We appreciate when we cross paths with people like Daisy b/c it is very rare that you find someone who is as compassionate about her customers as she was with us. We thank you management for hiring a person as wonderful as she is. We will continue to come back & ask for her everytime.

Been coming to Mohegan Sun since it opened. Never been to Sol Toro until last night. Really had no expectations but was pleasantly surprised. Nice option if you like Mexican and don’t want to spend 100-200 per person like the other options. Wife said fish tacos were up there with the best she’s ever had.
