   We were very disappointed with the quality and flavors of our meals. We were eager to try this place however, the Sea Bass was overcooked and flavor-less, the lamb had no flavor and tough to chew. The food was average nothing to be wow’d about.

   Excellent food and service! The hummus is one of the best. The service was perfectly balanced. Friendly, informative and great recommendations. Highly recommend Sofra. Will be back.

   Pretty bad food for a Ritz C - of course you expect some level of quality and service from the Ritz but that wasn’t there today.

   One of the best restaurants in Naples. The food is creative middle eastern and hits the mark with every dish. The sauces were so good we did not want to leave a drop on our plate. The traditional puffy bread was excellent, we could not stop eating it. We have several dietary restrictions and the wait staff was very accomodating and got everything perfect. We had several small plates and shared a entree. Can't wait to go back and try more.

   Food was very good, great flavors and the menu had several good choices. It was very loud and the decor was very much like being in a hotel. Service was spotty, no refill on water, hardly checked in on us. Will try again in off season.

   I went twice before I wrote this review. The food is really great especially the hummus and cacik. The tomato salad was large and nice. Loved the sea bass and the braised lamb. That said we were Unable to reach anyone at the restaurant when we called to find out if there are heat lamps (there are) or indoor seating area (there is). The ritz operator could not answer any of our questions and could not connect us to the restaurant. The service was really slow and there is only one waiter (who was great) for the whole restaurant it seemed. It took 20 mins twice to get a drink. Lastly both times I went it was at least $150 per person. Food is good but won’t be going back again.

   I wish it had been a better experience, but it was a mess beginning with the host’s desire to seat us in a remote location in a near empty restaurant when we arrived to exceptionally slow service. It took over 30 minutes just to get our cocktails (the server did comp them for us when the drinks finally arrived). It took over 2 hours (most of it waiting) to eat an uncomplicated meal. Ugh. The food was well-prepared and tasty, but there are many restaurants that offer well-prepared, tasty food along with good service.
