Theo & Sebastian who are brothers, started Smiths in the middle of a pandemic! We are seriously passionate about patties and are based in Bourton-On-The-water, also known as ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’. Our restaurant sits circa 30 guests making it a small, exclusive place to come and eat. Since opening, we have made it our mission to get our hands on the best possible ingredients. We also use dry aged beef with a great fat content supplied by Aubrey Allen, which marries up with our strong, unique flavour combinations giving you the ultimate bite! We cant forget about or delightful buns, which are handmade daily by a wonderful local baker. All the flour used for our buns is made up of Cotswold flour sourced from local farmers.

We also pride ourselves on having a vibrant cocktail scene. All of our cocktails are bespoke to us and our syrups and flavourings are made in house!

    Good was amazing best burgers we have ever had the staff were super friendly and lovely and they allow dogs in there and they were great with him 100% recommend this place for very tasty food and great atmosphere

    Me and my husband came here after reading the reviews. Our first time in the Cotswolds, and huge shout out to ‘Smiths’ what an incredible burger - we thoroughly enjoyed Whole experience from arrival was fantastic, great staff, great service, tasty food - would recommend if you fancy a burger - this place is the place to go.     My first Smith’s experience and I will certainly be back! Hands down the BEST veggie burger i have ever had! We had my friend’s son with us, and the staff couldn’t have been more attentive and accommodating. 10/10 service and food!

    Possibly the best 🍔 in the 🌎 and the tatter tots are amazing. Cocktails are incredible and the local beer was the cherry on the cake. Can not recommend smiths enough
