   Had to have second choice for dinner as the other main vegetarian option wasn’t available. It was good but my partner had chicken katsu, the 2 chicken pieces were in a breadcrumb coating that was so hard she had to peel it all off which was tedious and annoying. Would’ve been good apart from that

   My kids had a great experience and staff were very helpful and service was great , kids enjoyed the food and the tour of the premises

   Great food good service. Really nice ambience, unique experience. Very well cooked steak

   Staff were lovely and welcoming. 45 min wait for food with no explanation as to why. One meal served with mashed potatoes cold. 10 mins later the other meals arrived. Server was apologetic. When we arrived, it seemed staff didn’t know we had booked and gave us a table that had already been reserved.
