   Bishops Lodge and Skyfire never disappoint. We are Santa Fe locals and come often for drinks on their fabulous patio and special event dinners in the dining room. We had NYE dinner with 3 other couples and were given the private wine room in the back - very lovely! Our server was attentive, and the food was incredible. The restaurant was incredibly festive and perfect to ring in the New Year. I would highly recommend it for either afternoon cocktails or full on fancy meal.

   Our dining experience at Sky Fire was truly extraordinary. Every dish presented to our table was a testament to culinary artistry, both in flavor and presentation. Of particular note were the wagyu striploin, which was perfectly cooked and melted in the mouth with rich, buttery flavors; the catches of the day, which offered a delightful taste of the sea, fresh and exquisitely prepared; and the seasonal soups, brimming with depth and warmth that spoke of the finest ingredients and expert technique. Each plate was a visual masterpiece, reflecting the chef's meticulous attention to detail and creativity. Combined with the sophisticated ambiance, Sky Fire delivers an unforgettable culinary journey that leaves you eager for the next visit

   I have eaten at sky fire many times and it’s normally amazing. Christmas Day brunch 12/25/24 however it was not. The eggs for our Benedict’s were hard boiled even though we requested them to be soft cooked and there was not nearly enough hollandaise on the plate. Service was extremely slow, we sat at our table for almost 20 minutes with no one greeting us, also our food did not arrive out together. Our drinks sat at the bar for sometime until I finally asked the busboy to deliver them. Super disappointed .

   Food was innovative. Ambiance was good especially because of the good lighting in the Den. Service was mediocre and staff disorganized.

   Our server david was excellent. And the evening manager came by to see how we were doing with our meal. The food was delicious.
