   Our meals were deliciously presented and bountiful, showcasing a beautiful array of flavors. Our server Ashley, provided excellent recommendations, wonderful service and was very attentive. We had a fantastic dinner!

   Valentines date with my girlfriend, we ordered the Ribeye and Burger. The ribeye was cooked a perfect medium rare and was seasoned well with an impeccable sear. It was served with green beans and potatoes which were also cooked very well. The burger was also cooked medium rare and it tasted amazing.

   First time there we had made reservations in advance for Valentine’s Day, great location downtown. When we walked in 8:30 it was very quiet and empty probably 5 couples including us. The menu the was the smallest menu I’ve seen not much at all to choose from, drinks were regular drinks food was just fine presentation was good. Afterwards we paid and as we was at the elevators our server walked up to us and demanded we go back inside and pay! I was very confused and embarrassed as the two hosts and people waited to get on the elevator all heard this commotion. So we walked back inside to the register and he opens book with our tab and it WAS NOT EVEN OURS, he had the wrong one in his hands ours was still at the table as we looked back at our table. He quickly goes to it and opens it and sees the cash with tip we left and all he says we don’t accept cash. I explained this to him that No where does it say or have ANY signs as you walk in or at the tables or was mentioned to us they do not accept cash?! It doesn’t show they do not accept cash when I made the reservation ether, so at this point I’m over it and we used a card to pay our bill with 20% tip. That was our experience, he embarrassed me and my girlfriend in front of everyone over his mistake.

   Our experience eating here was not great. We had dining reservations for 6:15, and then attending a concert at Amalie Arena at 8:00. We were on time for dinner, and were not seated until 6:25. Our waitress was wonderful and as accommodating as she could be considering. We ordered bread and salads with chicken. We got our bread at 7:00, which was 30 minutes after we ordered it. Bread!? Our salads with chicken arrived at 7:30, an hour after we ordered it. We gobbled our food down so we would have time to get down the elevators, use the restrooms, walk to the arena and get in line to get in and get to our seats before the concert started. Our waitress was very apologetic and continued to keep our water glasses full and brought our check while we were eating as we requested. She attended to the check immediately. This in no way is a reflection on her service, but a break down in other areas. On a positive note, the food was amazing as always. We don't know if we'll dine here again, unless we have a few hours to spend. Certainly not when we have an event to attend after dinner. It's a shame because the restaurants at the JW are delicious and are the perfect place to spend time before a concert, sporting event, etc.

   We just an ok experience. We stopped in for dinner and a few drinks prior going to see a show at the arena. Our host, Fancee, was very accommodating to our needs upon arrival. The atmosphere is very chill and the food was decent. We were pressed for time and probably didn't give it enough time to truly evaluate the full experience. We will try again in the future.

    Took almost 2 hours, fish 2as dry and inedible on my salad drenched in dressing that I requested on the side, we had a reservation at 1p, sat at 1:20, and I had to leave my party at 2:30 after taking 3 bites of my inedible meal and go to an event I was now late for. Our group left at 2:45. For a $40 salad, it was not a great experience
