My family and I had a great time! Food was outstanding as usual. We only sent back one drink, Moscow Mule, which was promptly corrected. Fantastic experience!

I have been coming here for a while and I wasn’t impressed last time I was there for my birthday sadly I won’t be coming back. I booked on for my friend and I for my birthday and no one even said happy birthday in the past they usually read the bookings when they ask what’s the occasion. The steak wasn’t good but I expected that since last time because they said it’s a different cook and In the past they gave sliced in circles for oranges and lemon and limes for the water. They were wedges this last time the experience of fine dining just wasn’t there and for the price the food wasn’t that great and the service was just OK nothing memorable for my birthday.

Good....not great like we have experienced before....NY Eve 4 course defined menu.....quail appetizer was overcooked and dry....'tenderloin' more like a ribeye.....just OK, not high quisiene beef value. Server Ok...nothing special. We selected Silo AH because of pervious real good experiences, both business meals and personal.......To be fair wife's food was better.... Will be back. Really like the ambiance. Little bummed with last night.

Our server Nathan greeted us and 15 min later he was ‘warning’ us about the fact that the restaurant was expecting other people who have reserved ( our reservation was @6 pm x4 people) and we needed to be aware !!! That comment right there was NOT welcome by any of us. From them on his service was less than acceptable and overlooked. I would not go back to the Alamo Heights location although we live in the 78209. The restaurant never got full while we were there and we gladly left 3 hours later defying Nathan’s suggestion to ‘RUSH’

Delicious and well prepared food! Nicely plated, too1. Double pork chop with cheddar grits was very moist and delicious. Salmon was perfect with the asparagus. The blackened red fish special with crab was divine! Wine pour was generous and the Rye Old Fashioneds were wonderful1
