two terrific meals, one was the veal and the other a smash burger. Both delicious. Service was terrific and overall a cool place for a bite to eat or a drink

I was a big fan of the original Shippy’s. Food,atmosphere, and menu selection was extensive. Booths are now smaller and the room is noisy. The menu is very limited, one fish dish only, (I am a non meat eater), very small portion, the side was tasteless, and the price was high. I cannot fault the service which was fine. We went when it first opened and were not impressed. We wanted to give it another try and the veal schnitzel was at the request of the birthday guest,one of the favorites of the original Shippy’s menu. It was overcooked and dry. I wanted to like it but that will be our last visit.

Arrived on time for our reservation, waited on line for hostess who seated two other couples ahead of us with no reservations into nice tables. Only table left for us was directly on top of hostess station! Ugh! Tight fit! But after bumpy start, my husband enjoyed his German sausage platter but wondered why no red cabbage?? It’s a nice atmosphere, staff was nice, great beer selection. We’d go back.

We went for Brunch. It did not disappoint. We both had the most delicious breakfast burrito. Our new favorite brunch spot in Southampton

We went on a Friday during restaurant week. The staff was friendly and helpful. The service from ordering to when our food came out was very fast. The quality and portions were great. The only downside was that the bar and dining were very close, and it was an open room. I would definitely go back again.

Shippy's makes you feel welcomed. The people and the food are outstanding. The staff is attentive but not overly attentive, it's a nice smooth pace. We traveled 50 miles to have dinner here and it was definitely worth the trip!!
