Shinjuku NADAMAN has three areas: Japanese Cuisine, Teppan-yaki, and Sushi.
The Japanese Cuisine area offers authentic kaiseki cuisine using seasonal ingredients, as well as a lunch menu that can be enjoyed at any time of the day.
At the teppan-yaki counter, guests can enjoy teppan-yaki, where carefully selected premium ingredients such as specially selected brand-name beef and other top-grade Japanese beef, lobsters, and abalone are grilled right in front of their eyes.
At the sushi counter, enjoy authentic Edomae-zushi, where fresh seafood is prepared in front of your eyes by our chefs.
